The staff's service was terrible, they were very rude. From the receptionists to the waiters, it felt like they were doing you a favor. They charged a tip without even asking. The mattresses in the rooms were very old, you'd sink right in when you sat down – horrible! The mini-bar wasn't working, my baby's milk went bad, and to top it all off, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. We rented 3 rooms and it was the same issue in all of them.

The room was very dry, and the facilities were decent. Although it had some history, the materials were good, with marble floors throughout. The buffet was good, but the selection was somewhat limited.

Regarding the service, cleanliness, treatment, they were very good. However, the pools were not so pleasant due to the design and the variety of food in the buffets.

The private beach is beautiful and there is a lifeguard at all times. Towels are always available but need to be returned after use. The food is good up in beach club level rooms and their staff members Gustavo and the rest of them are very attentive. Clean property with a lot of stairs to get to the pools and beach area.

Excelent Hotel Staff great service and quick. Picked up the phone called receptionist for questions or onsite service the staff was quick and amiable. Would recommend anybody to visit this hotel with a quick access to the beach via elevator. The food and drinks on the beach coverage area are also awesome. WiFi was awesome fast and they use |Fiber so my trading 💹 went well and managed to make some profits due to the internet speed
