I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the 10 sqm room was. The safe, comfortable bed, and especially the incredible quietness of the room were fantastic. The bathroom was spotless, making it a perfect space for relaxation. The value for money was excellent, and there's easy access to all types of transportation nearby. I highly recommend it! The staff were exceptionally polite.

The hotel's location is very central. Although it's situated on a side street, the interior is surprisingly modern and clean. It has also been recently renovated.

This was my second time at Roi Hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is superb clean and the staff are very friendly.

room is bigger than its look not that much city center walk for a while to go to walking street area staff is average, i asked for map in case i can learn about neighborhood staff said you can check from the phone :/

It was a perfect experience. The hotel is ideally situated, near several attractions either accessible by foot or public transport. The staff is very kind and helpful and I had a wonderful stay. The room is clean and confortable, with pretty much everything that you might need. I definitely recommand the hotel.

ROİ Hotel İzmir stands out with its modern design and excellent location – just a short walk from the train station and city center of Alsancak. The rooms are very clean and stylishly furnished. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt completely comfortable during my stay – highly recommended!

Clean, has everything you need in the rooms, well located. A bit noisy when there's activity in the streets, and the google maps address is wrong (make sure to use the one provided by trip.com).

walk about 5 minutes have a lot restaurant but locations is not easy to find. although the hotel is new nut the maintaining is not very good.

The entrance is in an alley, and drivers coming from the airport couldn't find the way. Once inside, it's a relatively new hotel with small but elegant rooms, perfect for one person. Turn right at the exit, then turn left and go straight ahead, where you'll find a small bar and a place to eat. Good value for money.

The room was generally good. It's a new hotel with an elevator and a friendly front desk. The room was a decent size, and the rare dressing table was appreciated. It's close to the train station, making it easy to get to after arriving at the airport. However, the surrounding area is quite messy, located in an urban village, and it's dirty, messy, and smelly.

The room is very small, maybe less than 10 square meters, the price is expensive, the service is super bad, the manager is suspected of discriminating against Chinese people, he even scolded me and quarreled with me. This room 302 has a musty and sour smell. I asked him to change my room, but he refused directly. There was a big room available, but he refused to change it even if I paid more. I can't accept scolding. This kind of service makes Chinese compatriots suffer. The disposable slippers inside are all moldy and yellow, and the toilet fan is broken and not breathable. I suggest that Chinese compatriots don't choose this kind of hotel for cheapness. This is the first time I have been scolded when I go to a hotel. This kind of bad service, if you are unlucky enough to choose it, I suggest you go to a big room.
