We chose this hotel again because we were very satisfied last time, but it was a complete disappointment. The service, etc., has gone downhill significantly. When we reported the broken TV, they brushed us off, saying it was due to the TV being old and that they had switched to IPTV, so there was nothing they could do. Even though we hadn't used it, the shower started leaking in the middle of the night. When we brought this up, they dismissed it as an issue with the room. We were not satisfied and will not be choosing this hotel again.

Key Hotel, unfortunately, has a disadvantage due to its location. You have to make quite an effort to get to the front of the hotel because the main road entrance is closed due to the tram, and there are issues with entrance from the side street and parking. Most importantly, there's a traditional Turkish bar (türkü bar) on the Konak Pier side, and every evening until 12-1 AM, you suffer the agony of hearing that 'türkü' music, echoing in your room as if it were a neighborhood wedding. Unfortunately, the hotel clearly needs maintenance and renovation; many areas are very old and lack their former charm. This hotel used to be number one, but now it has lost its leading position. However, the reception, valet, and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful; we are pleased with them. The breakfast is always top-notch.

WOW just WOW stayed here a few times it’s outstanding in every way staff are so friendly and helpfull hotel it’s self is on top of my list to stay  Got upgrade for anniversary to the penthouse suit on top floor with a jacuzzi and all the extras the views are just amazing you get free bar in room filled up everyday room service if you need there’s nothing at all I could this hotel on it’s central for everything you need

Amazing hotel with great location e good breakfast! Tks to Ugur at breakfast, very nice and pro active staff! Only shower place should have door to avoid water everywhere in the toilet… other than that, all perfect!

Excellent place with a lovely view of the harbour. Great to walk along the quayside with so many restaurants to choose from, including those on the little quay. Easy walk to the bazaar and tour companies had no issue collecting us front the front of the hotel.
