The breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, if there's no parking space on the road in front of the hotel, they'll pick up and deliver my car for me. They park it somewhere else and walk back, and then on checkout, they bring the car back to me. They are very kind.

The room was quite small and the decor seemed really dated, just so-so overall. The great location was a lifesaver though, with plenty of food options and easy transport nearby. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special, but it got the job done for a business trip.

The hotel is located down a narrow alley, and there are very few parking spaces right outside. The staff were great though; they'd take our car to be parked elsewhere and bring it back to the hotel whenever we needed it. The room facilities were a bit old, but clean and tidy.

This hotel is super convenient, right in front of the train station. The airport shuttle bus stop is also just around the corner. The facilities are new and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the doorknob on the first room I was assigned was broken and couldn't be locked, and it seemed like it had been left that way. It was resolved quickly when they moved me to a different room, so it's not a big deal. The photo is of the breakfast buffet.

Receptionists are very good specially Balik. She accommodated early checkin as well as helping me store my luggage. These kind of services are very critical for me and I appreciate them so much for this. The everyday breakfast is also really good and the servers and the cleanliness there are really good too. The location is also near the Konak square. All of the hotels in the area are within some sort of alleys which are busy. For others it might be a surprised but in many places in Asia the same hotels are located in busy alleys. As a solo traveller, I never had an issue with safety and going around the area.

The staff were very friendly and patient, and the cleaning was thorough. Ventilation wasn't great, and the room smelled strongly of smoke; if you opened the window, the smoke would drift in late at night, which was a real headache. And the room was quite small and somewhat cramped.
