This hotel is on par with a 3-star standard in China, which is pretty good for a standardized hotel. It even comes with complimentary breakfast, and while the selection isn't huge, the quality is great. The towels and bedding are nice, and there's plenty of hot water. The only downside this time was the noise from a construction site next door.

We were a bit worried about the location on the way there, as we drove through some back streets, but we had no problems at all and easily parked the car. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. I found the breakfast to be insufficient; we weren't satisfied with it. Other than that, the room hygiene was excellent. It was a good value-for-money hotel. The location was close to the center. We stayed for one night. We were happy with everything except the breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and we were greeted by an unprepared and very dirty room. The bedding was used, smelly and there were hairs in the bed from the previous guest. We had to go to reception to get clean sheets, so we could sleep in some of the most basic conditions. There was no soap, shower gel, or shampoo in the bathroom (as stated in the room description), again we needed to go to the reception to ask for it. Traces of excrement were visible in the toilet bowl. There were all kinds of rubbish on the floor. 🤢🤢🤢 In addition, if you plan to be in some nice surroundings, you should avoid this hotel, because it is located in front of a construction site, there is work from early morning until late at night, it is very noisy, and all around is sloppy, dusty and dirty.

While the hotel is situated on a back street, its location is excellent, being very close to everything. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent for a 3-star hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our family was thoroughly pleased with our stay. It's a hotel we would definitely revisit.

The Perla Arya is perfectly OK modestly priced hotel just a short walk from the railway station. The room was nice, very comfortable bed, smart TV and modern bathroom. All good. Modest breakfast included. It suffers from being right next door to a large construction site with associated noise. Personally I found it interesting to watch the diggers at work but not everyone will find this acceptable

It was an excellent hotel — very clean, and the breakfast had a good variety. When I mentioned I was going to Pamukkale, the host kindly recommended some nearby spots as well, which I really appreciated.when I go Izmir next time, I use again.

The location is convenient, close to many places, though it's a bit tucked away. Cleanliness and breakfast were decent, but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. It's definitely the best option you can find at this price point.
