There's really nothing around here. Besides being close to the airport, there are almost no advantages. English isn't well spoken, and there's no kettle or hairdryer. Keep that in mind when booking.

I had a private room, the place is secure and clean. Just one microwave to use. It's only 15min away from airport in an Uber. It's a good 1hr drive from the city but Uber are cheap. There can be a bit of a smell outside as the meat market is in the same street. They have flat screen smart tv so you can log on to streaming services. But the WiFi is a bit hit and miss. I forgot my phone and didn't realise to i was at the airport. They do not speak any English so I had go back in a taxi. It was Halloween and DAY OF THE DEAD celebrations and the decorate the hotel

The place is located in a street full of butcheries, like the whole place smells like blood and meat and trash everywhere on the streets, the location is very bad and it is a motel not a hotel, I would not trust the clean that much. I would not book this place ever again

The place has a wonderful internal garden space. The representatives Mrs Margarita as well as Ms Yocelin always managed to take best cares of guests. The location inside is quite suitable to a relaxing stay.

Good as far as it goes, the location is a bit ugly, but for the price it's fine, it's comfortable and they give shampoo, toilet paper, soap and cream, I liked it.

The room was relatively small but clean. It was located very close to the airport and was a guesthouse. The signage was not clear enough, making it difficult to find. The staff did not speak English, so communication was not very smooth.

Very affordable price for a large spacious room with a large king size bed, however there is no room service, the big negative point of my stay is that the hotel's Wifi only worked properly the last evening of my stay out of 5 days in total, the rest of the time it was impossible to do anything, which in the middle of Mexico City is very inconvenient. The location and surroundings are average but there is a metro stop nearby

The room is big and the bed is big and very comfortable to sleep in. There are shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. The facilities are simple. The wash basin in the bathroom does not drain smoothly, but the shower water is good. The front desk was very mysterious when I checked in. I arrived very late because of the flight delay. I couldn't see the front desk staff after entering the door, but I heard voices, like a mirror reflection. I looked inside, but I couldn't see the staff without standing on tiptoe. I only saw myself. I don't know why it is designed like this. Passports and signature forms are passed through a very small gap.

The receptionist was very kind and polite. I also recommend this place because they will change your bed sheets right away if you ask.

It's too hot to sleep at night. It would be better if the room had an air conditioner or an electric fan. The hot water for showering at night was not hot, but cold water. The drain of the wash basin was also clogged. It would be better if it could be improved.

The room is fine, and the cleaning service is great, but the app said it was a hotel and it's a motel. They put us in a curtain and it was very uncomfortable, and the night shift person was a little rude. We didn't have a key and had to leave the room open. It's located on a street that's a flea market and the smell is very unpleasant, and walking through blood is very unpleasant.

The location is average, if you need to go to the airport then it's not bad, far from the center, but 40 minutes by metro. In January the room is cold, the water in the shower is hot, but the shower head is very small and inconvenient. Early check-in and check-out costs 220 pesos.
