WOW. What an amazing hotel. Get the room with the personal onsen and make sure your reservation includes breakfast and dinner for the best experience. The location is serene. The room is clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The FOOD is amazing. The onsen is relaxing. The beach is nearby. Definitely hoping to visit again.

The environment is nice, clean, and hygienic. There's no turndown service. It's right by the sea, so you can go for a walk in the evening. There are quite a few people fishing on the pier. There were a few insects near the hot spring in the room, probably because there's a mountain behind the hotel, but I managed to catch a few bigger ones! 💪 The sunset was beautiful, and lying in bed at night, I could even see the moon from my childhood! The photos are straight from the camera, unedited. The parking lot isn't at the hotel, which is inconvenient, and there's a lot of traffic when crossing the road. 😂

The hotel's value-added services are very considerate. From when the guests leave the car to when they return to the hotel room and then to the restaurant, all the employees do their best to serve the guests. The meal is full and delicious.
Thank you again for your thoughtful arrangement for me and my two friends. I also wish your company a prosperous business. I will also introduce your hotel's services to other friends and recommend that they stay at your hotel!

Very nice hotel with beautiful sea views from the rooms. If you get a chance, get the room with the private onsen on the balcony which is amazing. The public onsen also has an outdoor area with a great view of the sea. The staff were super friendly, helpful and I can only recommend this hotel. About 20 - 25 mins walk to the left of the hotel, you'll also have great views of Mt. Fuji if the weather is good.

Let me show you with facts how shady this hotel's front desk is. I've been to Japan so many times and have never encountered such a shady establishment. If I've exaggerated even slightly, please correct me.
First picture: This elderly Japanese gentleman kneeling on the ground—look closely, he wouldn't give me the room type I booked. I booked a tatami room with a balcony and private onsen.
Pictures eight, nine, and ten: I showed him my hotel booking confirmation in Chinese, English, and Japanese, but he still wouldn't admit it. He explained that the open-air bath was in the public area on the 3rd floor, and that the open-air bath on the 3rd floor was a public area that any guest with a room type could use. He said I booked a tatami room with a private onsen. The worst part is that he wrote on my booking confirmation that I needed to pay an extra 4000 yen to get the room I wanted. Did he think I was easy to bully? I politely and with a smile refused him. I couldn't possibly agree. I contacted a Chinese booking agent in Japan. The agent replied that the hotel receptionist's English wasn't good, making communication difficult, but they agreed to change rooms for free. Since the old gentleman had previously asked for an extra 4000 yen, why didn't he insist on that? Why compromise and change rooms for free? Entering the new room, I found it still wasn't a tatami room, but it had a private onsen. I continued to ask why there wasn't a tatami. The old gentleman said it was the only room left, and asked if I wanted it. He even asked me in English, "Deal?" Since they said there were no rooms available, and I had wasted over an hour running up and down the stairs, I didn't want to waste any more time, so I accepted. But I certainly wouldn't let it go. After checking out the next day, I contacted the booking agent again. Finally, the booking agent compensated me. I'm writing this long post specifically against the hotel, not the agent. I want all guests intending to book this hotel to see this clearly. If you have any questions, you can contact me. I must expose this kind of shady business.
Before booking, I saw some other guests reporting similar issues, and I never expected to encounter the same problem myself. It seems this hotel is a repeat offender!
Picture two shows the wooden box containing the hot spring water outlet. The wood is severely rotten, the surface is slippery, and the hygiene is appalling. Furthermore, the water in this hotel is not natural hot spring water at all; it's just heated tap water. There's a metal faucet inside the box to control the water flow, and the faucet itself is whitish—truly unhygienic.
Picture three shows the tatami mats on the room floor, which are extremely dirty. What is the owner's intention in providing such a room to guests?
Pictures four, five, and six show the room type the old gentleman ultimately gave me. It still wasn't the tatami room with a private onsen that I booked. I gave him a chance to reform, but he didn't want it, so don't blame me for being ruthless.
Picture seven shows the towels in the private onsen area on the balcony. It clearly states "open-air bath," confirming that the old gentleman's previous explanation is untenable. At his age, why would he engage in such deceptive practices? This time, he encountered a bold, cultured, patient, and polite Shanghai man. I absolutely will not let this go. When Chinese people encounter this kind of situation, we must get to the bottom of it clearly, without any ambiguity!
The last four pictures are of the room type I booked, but unfortunately, I didn't get to experience it this time.
We Chinese people should not be afraid to compromise when encountering anything overseas. Reasonable demands must be met. We don't cause trouble, but we are not afraid of trouble either!

The cleanliness is terrible. I slept on the dirty sheets for a whole night and my hands got allergies from it. None of the customer service staff spoke English. When I told them, they only had a translator phone in my face, saying they didn't understand and couldn't accommodate us. They lied to us, saying all the rooms were fully booked, but I didn't see a single guest soaking in the public hot springs, morning or night. The price is too high. After we booked the hotel, they slashed the price in half. I contacted customer service, and they said their rooms are non-changeable and non-cancellable, and the room type is randomly assigned. I read reviews online saying that every room comes with a hot spring and dinner, but I ended up spending 16,000 for a filthy room without meals or a private bath. This is the worst hot spring hotel I've ever been to, so please be cautious when booking.

Although the location is a bit far, it is cost-effective, with traditional Japanese hot springs, each room has its own private bath, and a sea view. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. I am very satisfied!
The hotel dinner is very delicious! Very satisfied!

The room faces Sunawa Bay, with a very good sea view.
The nearest hot spring hotel after disembarking at Toi Port, the facilities are very comfortable. There is a coffee area in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel that is open at fixed times. This time, due to the New Year's Day holiday, I was unable to book a room with meals, which is a little regrettable. However, when entertaining and confirming information before check-in, they will provide nearby dining information and a map introduction to Izu. It is a hot spring hotel worth visiting.

When we arrived at the hotel, the service staff was friendly, enthusiastic and proactive. Although the service staff told us that the hotel's parking lot was downstairs, we didn't know where to park, so we parked at the 7-11 opposite. The service staff even came to inform us of the actual parking location. The service was in place ~ full marks 💯.
