Hotel Takitei

There was a minor issue with the room, but the staff kindly offered to move me to another room, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay comfortably. Unlike many business hotels in large cities, I could not hear noise from the neighboring rooms, so the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. The bathing area was under renovation, so only one bath was available and it was shared by men and women at separate designated times. It was a little disappointing that guests could not use the bath whenever they wished.

It's an old but very nice hotel. The room is in a traditional Japanese style, with yukata, tea set, futons, tatami mats - everything is as it should be! Very clean and cozy, definitely recommend it. It's a pity that you can't visit the onsen if you have a tattoo, but it's okay! There was a magnificent view of the mountains and the village from the window!

rooms were big and spacious however the aircon was abit noisy and it affected my sleep. Building is also dated and it’s evident. Onsen are nice and big very spacious. even had outdoor section which was abit small but still okay
