The customer service created a WeChat group and introduced me to the on-site person in charge, Yamada, and said that I could inform the pick-up time on the day of arrival. From then until the day of check-in, the person in charge ignored me. On the day of check-in, I informed the WeChat group that I needed to make an appointment for the pick-up service at 10:42. 10 minutes later, Yamada spoke in the group for the first time, saying that the pick-up service starts at 12:00 and cannot be provided in the morning. I immediately expressed dissatisfaction: 1. Why didn't you inform me in advance if the pick-up service was not provided in the morning? 2. The hotel check-out time is 11:00 the next day, and the drop-off service can be provided. Why can I drop off in the morning but not pick up? After I expressed my dissatisfaction, Yamada said that he could reimburse the cost of taking a taxi to the hotel, and then said that he could drive to pick us up by himself. We finally waited for Yamada who was late at the wrong exit that Yamada pointed to. Then my friend and I followed him with our suitcases. Halfway through, he remembered to take our suitcases. After arriving at the hotel, we stored our luggage and went out for a walk. In the afternoon, after Yamada told us that the room was ready, we returned to the front desk (there was only one person at the front desk). The front desk lady took us to the room, and we followed her and dragged two suitcases on the uneven stone road to the room (why not put the suitcases in the room for the guests in advance?). The front desk lady introduced the facilities in the room stiffly. So far, we have not seen a smile on the faces of Yamada and the front desk, and the experience is extremely poor! The second is about hygiene 1. When I was about to go to bed at night, I found that there were many hairs on the sheets, some long and short, straight and curly, black and golden, which was outrageous! I seriously suspect that one guest was not changed. 2. At least 5 spider webs were found in the room, and the cleaning was not careful enough, which affected the check-in experience.
