The clean room really lifted my spirits! The building itself might be a bit older, but the interior was spotlessly clean. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. The food was also substantial and very satisfying.

The hotel, the room and the staff were lovely however, we are a family with two young children and as part of our booking, it included four breakfast meals; when we arrived at breakfast the hotel didn’t accommodate the children at all, they wouldn’t even provide an egg for them to share.

All the staff at the hotel were really friendly, theres a public onsen (indoor and rotenba) on lvl 2, and a lvl 6 rooftop footbath. Both days breakfast were delicious. Definitely will revisit the place when i come back to nishiizu. Bus from shuzenji stops right infront of the hotel, traveling back to main town is convienient too.

Extremely good. The customer service, the satisfaction level of breakfast and dinner, and the variety of drinks at the bar were all excellent. I felt the value for money was incredible – at that level, how can it be this price?!

The in-room facilities are a bit old; even the doors are faded. However, the staff service is excellent, and the location is very convenient. The hot springs are also quite good. I booked a large room with an outdoor hot tub that looked pretty new, and I used it many times.

It was pretty good, enjoyed my stay with friends. There were a few small bugs in the room, but that's kind of inevitable. I'd definitely book again. The value for money was excellent, and breakfast was great too. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
