It was a comfortable room, size was good. We could open both big luggage open. It was near premium outlet we could walk back and forth fairly easily. View from breakfast was amazing

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Super close to airport but a good distance from Osaka. Does not have many amenities you have to leave the hotel to get anything

Excellent hotel with an easy access to the subway line from the airport. Check in was swift and a very friendly staff. Gave us our shuttle and breakfast tickets. Nice big room with a surprise pull out bed. Great view of the water and airport. Breakfast was every morning starting at 6:30a. Food was tasty, same everyday with a beautiful view. Shared space of the attached hotel. Easy access to Rinku Premium outlets with many shopping and eating choices. Currency exchange and SIM cards on site. Cafe available for a few hours every day after breakfast. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner options. There is an on-site laundry room, so didn’t have to take home a lot of dirty clothes. Check out was easy and the airport shuttle takes around 10 minutes and leaves on time. Excellent experience!!

Nice view and high floor. Near to amenities and Rinku Town premium outlet. Good location to stay for a night if you are touching down ar Osaka late at night

The combination of serene waters and the distant city skyline created a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a long journey. **Exquisite Breakfast** Breakfast was an absolute highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a lavish selection of both local and international cuisines. From delectable pastries to traditional Japanese dishes like sushi and miso soup, there was an impressive variety to choose from. The made-to-order omelets were a standout, fluffy and bursting with flavor, while the fresh fruits and high-quality coffee rounded out a perfect meal. Dining in the bright, inviting restaurant with views of the bay made the experience even more enjoyable. **Unique Shared Tower** The hotel features a distinctive architectural design, sharing a tower with another luxury hotel. This unique arrangement allows guests to access shared amenities, including a stunning rooftop lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The rooftop area, in particular, was a fantastic place to relax, offering spectacular views and a peaceful ambiance.

I love it here. The view from the room was amazing. They also provided us shuttle bus to the airport. Need to make booking at the counter based on their bus timing.

Hotel was just next to the Rinku Town train station, easy to navigate. We checked in around 10.30pm, the process was quite fast. Room was clean and tidy. We got the sea view room so scenery was nice! There was free airport shuttle bus in the morning. We took the last timeslot of 8.55am, super convenient to get to the airport.

Room type: Seaview Great location with economic value, the room is clean and well equipped with smart TV, electric curtain, wireless charger and bathtub. Very convenient location just next to JR station, with just 5 minutes walk without the need of climbing stair. The seaview is also great and astonishing. It would be even better with early check-available plus larger bed. All in all, this is our no. 1 choice for close access to Kansai Airport and Rinku Premium Outlet.

Super convenient location for early flight next day. Excellent hotel instruction from station to reception area. Spacious room with sofa. The bed could be bigger with this room size. The first 3 airport shuttle already full during check-in. Would hope they provide more shuttle service.

Awesome location and view, very easy to direct access from JR rail station, got upgrade to suite. Good bay view and service. Have free bus from hotel to airport, Highly recommend to stay one night before you leave Japan. Enjoy the outlet shopping. I had bowling game at the outlet too.

I do not often write reviews but this one deserves a comment. It’s quite spacious as for Osaka standard, with good view and all necessary facilities. We could easily access this hotel from train station through link bridge. Lifts are fast, which I appreciate. It does not provide pickup service but they do have morning shuttle to the airport. I booked this for both early flight and a brief shop at outlets nearby, where food is also a variety. Will come back next time when fly to Kansai airport.
