Everything was in order, the water pressure was good, and the temperature was just right. It's very conveniently located, super close to the subway station. You do need to email them in advance for check-in instructions and pay attention to your inbox to fill out the necessary information, which is a bit of a hassle, but that's pretty standard for guesthouses.

The cleanliness was subpar, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the staff's attitude when dealing with it was terrible.

The hotel near izumisano gas station and this is the only good thing about this hotel No cleaning service, no front desk,no staff When my first entry the bed sheet still have blood or coffee sticked there,the TV remote control not working. Not recommended

Stay here due to flight rescheduled as it's quite near to KIX. Spacious room. You need to fill in all the details of everyone who stays in the room online in order to get check in guide. No front desk available.

Location is very near to izumisano train station. Contactless check-in but seamless with detailed instructions from owner. Spacious studio unit for Japan standard. The only negative is you are unable to store luggage before check in or after check out.

I wanted to express my frustration regarding the difficulty we've encountered in receiving the PIN directly before our arrival. Despite repeated requests, we have only been sent a file that we are unable to open. We have spent over 30 minutes attempting to resolve this issue through email and IDD calls, which has cost us both time and money. I hope someone can ensure that we receive the PIN in a more accessible format or just tell us the number, not a file!

The hotel is conveniently located just 50 meters from the station, and the room facilities are incredibly new and spotlessly clean! Highly recommend it.

The entrance is at the back...bringing luggage is hectic. The check out time at 10.00am very early. Must choose another place to stay... The cleaner waiting outside at 10am. The kitchen utensil is not enough

This was my most unpleasant booking experience on Trip.com, hands down. The hotel's refusal to communicate was incredibly off-putting and just plain unreasonable, leaving absolutely no room for discussion! I canceled my reservation six days in advance, yet the hotel was completely unyielding and insisted on charging the full amount! Japan's Consumer Contract Act clearly stipulates the cancellation fees: 20% to 50% for cancellations made two days in advance, and only same-day cancellations can be charged in full. This blatant disregard for the law, masquerading as cultural differences and contractual integrity to take advantage of foreign consumers, must not be tolerated by my fellow countrymen! Beyond managing your own bookings carefully, you absolutely must fight for your rights. Don't let these establishments repeatedly exploit us and our language barriers! I will pursue this complaint to the very end!

Self check-in sounds convenient but is troublesome, as overseas traveler we won't want to call the hotel number from our mobile phone as the charges will be high, overseas traveler prefers to call via Whatsapp (for my case) or probably other social media to avoid incurring high cost via phone number. However, there is no such option for us. Had to get my relative staying in Japan to call hotel number to get the right pin to go up the lift and room. Left outside the lift waiting for the pin for ＞15min. Apparently my relative who made the call says the hotel receptionist wasn't friendly in replying his call. Kindly improve the method for traveler to get the right pin instead of relying on phone call, not convenient to overseas travelers.

Good choice when u have a morning flight.. near from the airport and near from shuttle bus to airpot transport, and station .. clean
