Top 5-Star Hotels in Izumisano

We did not expect the room is so small. The website mentioned it has approximately 200 sq ft. Actually the room cannot fit 4 pieces of luggage. We put 2 luggage into the room, the door cannot be closed. The other 2 is outside the room. I have no choice to pay additional HK$ 600 to upgrade to a bigger room. If you have 1 piece of luggage, then this hotel is pretty good for shopping at the outlet. Just a few minutes walk. Lawson at the station or the one at the hotel lobby is very convienence. The public hot bath is a bonus. The first time to try the electric hot bath. It cure my knee pain. Wonderful!

Hotel is very closed to station and only 2 stops from Kansai airport. Room rate is reasonable. Hotel offers free lockers to use after your check out. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will recommend it to others.

As we take early flight, we select this hotel because they provide free shuttle bus from hotel to the Kansai airport in the early morning time. Location is prefect. It is connected to the JR Station with clear indication. It is convenient to Shopping lovers as it is closed to Rinku Town outlet and Trial. My room is at 46/F with super nice view.

The hotel is connected to Rinku Town Station (1 stop away from Kansai Airport Station) through footbridge so it's easy accessible by airport trains. The only issue is if you're heading back from downtown to the hotel late at night, Their trains don't stop by Rinku Town Station so you have to get off a station earlier and take a 5-min taxi ride (Roughly 1500 Yen) to access the hotel. The hotel has a 24 hour convenient store at 2/F and a 24 hour Hypermarket and a restaurant across the street which is really convenient for travellers and those arriving late and needed urgent amenities or last minute shopping before leaving Japan. Rinku Town Outlets are also a brief 15-min walk through the footbridge and Seacle shopping mall for those who wanted to do some outlet shopping.

Good location near airport. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Clean room and facilities.

I do not often write reviews but this one deserves a comment. It’s quite spacious as for Osaka standard, with good view and all necessary facilities. We could easily access this hotel from train station through link bridge. Lifts are fast, which I appreciate. It does not provide pickup service but they do have morning shuttle to the airport. I booked this for both early flight and a brief shop at outlets nearby, where food is also a variety. Will come back next time when fly to Kansai airport.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

The free airport shuttle was great! I didn't have to worry getting to the hotel. There is no reservation needed. From 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm hourly schedule. That made it possible for me to do more sightseeing in Kyoto before heading to Kansai International Airport for hotel shuttle pick up. Going to catch my 8:15 flight from KIX was stress free as well as there is a 5:30am airport shuttle! The room I stayed in has a very old world charm! It's quite spacious too. Very crisp white beddings. Very comfortable bed and pulliws. Very soft towels. Many green tea bags provided!

On the day of the move, the hot water heater was broken in a hurry and purchased immediately, but only two days, the bath was not available, and I tried to use only the bath in this hotel. It is not available only for guests! It was midsummer in the stone, so ２ I wanted to take a shower only on the day, and I paid the room rate here and only entered the shower. I thought I would stay if the room was good... Honestly, I went back only by shower in a room that I don't want to stay at this hotel. The room smells something...and it's a quiet residential area, but the hotel is noisy...I feel quieter outside. There is no smile of the employee, and as a person who works in Kansai, there is no word of hospitality in this hotel, and the child of the high school student working in MacDonald works better? I thought that ... no matter how much the hot water heater broke, I knew that there were other super hot springs and mankits, so I would not use it anymore ... It was a hotel that felt really disgusting.
