The restaurant at the ground floor is a good deal!

The room was located in the basement, and the atmosphere and the view from the room were great. There were plenty of snacks, drinks, and amenities.

The room we were given was spacious, measuring 13 tatami mats, and the large windows offered a panoramic view of Lake Jinzai and the cherry blossoms along its shore. We enjoyed bird watching with the kids using binoculars we borrowed from the front desk. It was a shame that the baths were closed between midnight and 6am, but we were able to relax in the free massage chairs during that time, which helped relieve fatigue and stress. We were very satisfied with the food, both the taste and the variety of dishes, and the kids were especially delighted with the dessert selection. Even at breakfast, we all had seconds of the clam miso soup. However, there are few trains that stop at the nearest station (Konan Station on the Sanin Line), so you may end up wasting time if you don't plan your travel plans carefully. There are no taxis at Konan Station (an unmanned station), but the inn staff came to pick us up, which was very helpful.

Spacious clean room and comfortable beds with sea view, nice and friendly staff, good half board meals compared with the room rate, very good water garden, free easy parking, second stay here, will come back again.

With carpark but may be inaccessible for the one without car. Satisfactory experience with big rooms. 

The service rendered was above standard. It’s a perfect place to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. It has the best geographical location. Soaking in the onsen during sunset or sunrise is a heavenly pleasure!

My stay at Hirata Maple Hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel boasts a prime location near major transportation hubs, making it easy to access various attractions. The lobby is modern yet comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and quick to check in. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to completely relax. The room was well-equipped, including free Wi-Fi and a coffee machine, making the stay even more convenient. The view from the window was also beautiful, especially in the morning when the sunlight streamed into the room, creating a refreshing start to the day. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, from Japanese to Western cuisine, and the food was quite delicious, giving me plenty of energy to start my day. The hotel's gym and lounge area were also comfortable, suitable for travelers who want to exercise or relax. Overall, Hirata Maple Hotel is a highly recommended accommodation choice, suitable for both business and leisure travel.

Extremely clean hotel, clean and comfortable room and bed, nice bath downstairs, got a fridge in the room, can use microwave downstairs, free parking, excellent customer service, location is closed to the seashore. Highly recommended, worth the price.

The hotel is very hygienic, the room is the right size, the bathroom is very clean and easy to use, and the toiletries are complete. The service is good and the breakfast is delicious. The garden must be beautiful. Sitting in the restaurant to enjoy the food, enjoying the courtyard scenery of the uniquely dry river in Japan, it is really a special enjoyment.
