這個酒店完全是驚喜 人家叫佳雲 多好聽的名字 訂時沒報多大希望 看中走路十分鐘到出雲大社 有單人一泊二食 價格合適 到了發現整個酒店全部翻新過了 精緻又有品味 細節完美 沒有假花 插花打理到乾淨得不得了 服務上更是熱情主動 有外國人接待能力 送進房間和晚餐服務的工作人員沒有任何折扣的日式服務 會用翻譯器每句話都翻譯的 房間乾淨整潔舒適 有温泉檜木泡池 現在寫着貸切的温泉也全部免費 晚十點有好吃的拉麪 餐在這個價位已經很不錯了 沒有接送站服務 出雲站下午二點半坐出雲大社方向的公交車30分鐘到 蘋果導航很準的 現在在玉造温泉的佳翠苑皆美 太陳舊了 雖然價格還更高名氣更大但完全趕不上佳雲 還是得翻新過的酒店

5個包租浴池真的超棒，隨時都可以去泡，晚間還有免費拉麪。酒店服務很好，外語交流沒問題，美中不足的是早晚的自助餐食種類不多，味道清淡，不太吃得慣。

It was close to Izumo Taisha, so I could arrive at the hotel immediately after visiting the shrine, and I could go to Izumo Taisha again after checking out.
It was raining heavily when we arrived, but I was very impressed that they came to the car with an umbrella to meet us.
The amount of food was just right, and I was satisfied with the service of a small bottle of beer.
All the rooms are tatami mats, so you don't have to wear slippers, so it was comfortable.
I couldn't use the private bath at night because someone was waiting in front of me, but it was available in the morning so I could use it.
It was a very satisfying stay.

フロントで靴を脱ぐシステム、畳廊下が気持ち良かったです。エレベーターの中まで畳なのにはびっくり！
お部屋も落ち着いた空間で檜風呂も最高でした。ただ部屋の広さに対してトイレが狭く、内開きなのでスリッパが当たってしまい、体格の良い方や男性には窮屈に感じるのではないかとか思いました。
夕食スペースにはアイマスク、朝食スペースにはカイロ、と心遣いを感じられる品が置いてあり嬉しかったです。食事も本当に美味しかったです。（唯一、夕食のセレクトできる鴨せいろだけ残念なお味でした）

少し老朽感があり、隅のほうに埃が溜まっていたりしたが…価格が安ければ満足した。 4人で泊まるには少し狭く 2人で泊まるには丁度良いが高いという感じでした。 料理は１種類のみの懐石で色々と選択できて美味しく頂いた。 部屋の露天風呂は良かった！ ２４時間温度管理されていていつでも入浴できる。 接客は、悪くもなく良くもなく 普通でした。 トータル的には良かったが金額的な価値は少し足らないかなと思いました。
