I usually don’t choose Holiday Inn Express but this hotel was the closest to the destination. —＞Wow. Thank you Brooklynn (guest services/ front desk/ Chillicothe OH) for your kindness during checkout & during our short-term stay. I have dyslexia and am always nervous at new places. I often need help with numbers (check-in and out process) and my hunny was parking the car. I was nervous to check Us in… but Brooklyn was so welcoming that I didn’t think twice. That sweet soul didn’t make me feel inept or… well… stupid. She quickly and efficiently checked me in, and wasn’t annoyed when I had to go back to the car to grab my credit card. We arrived to our room that was cute and clean; the bed was quite comfy too! Thank you!

Great stay. Great service. Our 1st trip in 15 months. The only reason we did not rate a 5 on clean, hotel was under covid rules, rooms were not being cleaned daily, so could not rate this part. What are Trip coins?
