Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson

Was nervous when I booked here on Christmas Eve (same day) while traveling, never heard of it or even the street name, but the location was perfect for where I needed to be. We were pleasantly surprised by the Decor, the lobby is modern and has an open floor plan, comfortable enough for the guests to mingle in and they had cookies! Hospitality, the guy at the front desk was so pleasant, even offered us a room on the 1st floor, away from the busier area. The next morning , we came out late for breakfast and the sweet young lady at the front desk made sure on Christmas Day, her irresponsible guests got a fresh hot breakfast ha. The room, it was nice and clean, the little kitchen setup had everything, even a toaster. The sink and mirror is separate from the toilet and shower (could be different for different types of rooms). The tv is a smart tv, no fire stick needed. The beds are extremely comfortable as well, I would definitely come back to this one! You guys keep up the good work!!!

Staff service staff was so warm & friendly. They went above and beyond. Rooms were very clean, nicely laid out, modern and contained desired amenities. The kitchen was amazing, except it did not have an oven. Everything else was provided. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Breakfast was GREAT! With many options. Highly recommend!

My stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made this a five-star experience was the customer service. The front desk supervisor, Anaiah, went above and beyond to take care of everything. She was professional, kind, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met without hesitation. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and with genuine care, which made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service this exceptional, and Anaiah is truly an asset to this hotel. Because of her outstanding hospitality, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service.

New hotels are often a bit of a risk. Do they have things working and figured out? Only one elevator was operating and the front desk guy seemed distracted by his phone. Not a huge deal but a training issue perhaps. Room was nice but over sided kitchen surprised me. Bathroom and shower were nice but living area was small. TV/Internet worked well but the TV had no ability to move it's angle. Plenty of parking and relatively quiet.
