Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Jackson

Service was at an average during my stay with the only problem being the price change every day..

I’m in Jackson one or two night a week for work. Price is reasonable and close to everything including the interstate.

Definitely an older feeling no frills place to stay. Not as clean as I'm used to but cheap enough to make me stay. The breakfast was stale muffins and cereal.

I think this is the best hotel in Jackson tn as well thank u all for showing so much love and respect this is very nice and the works are very nice as well thank u so much for letting me and my family visit thanks ❤️

The staff tried to make us pay a $50 cash deposit for smoking even though we clearly stated we don’t smoke. And said that we would get it back the next day and said they wouldn’t accept a card! The room was pretty disgusting mainly the fridge but I definitely won’t be staying here ever again and do not recommend anyone to stay here unless u are desperate and have nowhere else.

Staff was polite and friendly and area is ok — right off freeway so expect noise but it felt safe & parking lot was clean & well-maintained. Sheets were clean, towels could use more bleach, and walls were very thin so we heard neighbors til 1 or 2 am. Shower could’ve been cleaned more. Fine for a one night stay on the road.

Excellent for the price. Especially in my case needing just a place to lay your head. I work in the area one or two nights a week in Jackson. I’ll be back. Room was clean people were nice

Nice environment but the cleaning needs to be a little better other then that worth the stay

The towels were stained, the building was rundown and smells like cigarettes, and everything was just kind of dirty. The linens seemed fine but I didn't want to risk it so I slept on the covers. The front desk worker was nice.
