Booked a cpl rooms for my wedding party, then thought to talk to a manager about possible group rate for my wedding party from out of town. While waiting for her to respond via email or phone I was left with no choice but to go ahead and book additional rooms. Now the room rate had gone up 80% from what I could’ve booked them for before talking to manager. When I informed the manager about this while booking again, all I got was, I’m sorry but nothing I can do. Here’s 20% off. Due to their incompetence and lack of communication it cost us substantially more to stay here.
