The housekeepers didn’t clean my room at all. My wife and I came back to our room and couldn’t access the room due to the latch being broken and it took them almost an hour to get us into our room, this was around 3 am. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Excellent hotel. Great price and Location!! They keep the hotel spotless. The staff clean all day everybody was very friendly. A special thanks to Gabriel one the managers who went beyond the expectations and brought our granddaughter a toy. Thank you for everything

Room was not clean. Never was brought towels. Charges for incidentals whatever that as never got deposit back. I left a housekeeping tip cleaned up the room and took out our trash. So I don’t know what happened there. I called and they didn’t have an answer!

Gal at check-in was very good. Room was super clean. Breakfast was one of the best! Again, I am surprised that a quality operation would not have grab bars in shower.

I purposely choose this hotel solely based off of the staff. Rooms are always clean and tidy, but the staff is really what makes me pick this place.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast could be a little better but it's as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

I love staying at this hotel. Its quiet and peaceful and you have stores around you within easy walking distance so jo hassel at all!!! Ill be back if i can!!!
