호텔 시설은 만족할 만한 수준이었다. 다만 예약 상태에 대한 호텔에 완변한 전달이 이루어지지 않았다. 조식포함 예약이었으나 호텔에서는 조식이 포함되어 있지 않은 것으로 되어 있었고 조식에 대한 결제가 이루어졌었다. 나중에 조식 결제가 따로 이루어진 것을 파악하고 바우처를 보여주며 조식 결제를 취소해 달라고 요청해서 취소할 수 있었다. 어디 시스템의 문제 인지는 모르나 예약 상황이 제대로 호텔과 연결되지 않은 문제점으로 불편했다.

Not the best for a double tree I arrived early and just wanted to pay for an extra day because I arrived in the middle of the night but when I tried to ask could I just check in the front desk clerk had a major attitude and barked at me that they were sold out, I work for a major hotel chain and understand what that means but that’s all she kept saying to me not letting me get one word in. Never got my warm cookies one reason I like to stay with double tree. No room cleaning and had to call front desk more wash clothes and lord no extra toilet paper!

Perfect in practically every way! Perfect location for the airport , great shuttle service to and from and available 24hrs, super friendly staff, nice comfy restaurant with decent pricing and good food. Rooms are great, just the right amenities and comfortable beds. Faultless! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend as well.
