Quality Inn Jacksonville - Orange Park Near Naval Air Station

Quality inn was nice. Only complaints. I have is that the bed and the pillows need to be improved l checked out and have to travel back two hours to get home neck back body is so due to the bed and pillows at quality Inn hotel other than that it was a fantastic four days Thank you

The staff was excellent. The carpets were dirty. There was a pile of old mattresses in the backyard, and it was very dirty looking there was floors were all dirty. The carpets were all dirty.

I chose this hotel because my daughter lives on the same road but I was concerned it would be outdated or neglected due to the price and the 3 star rating. However, nothing felt outdated. The rooms were large and clean with a fridge & microwave. Beds were clean and comfy. Plenty of towels & counter space. Staff was Great, all of them! Breakfast was decent. Good amenities. Every single encounter with other occupants was friendly. And I was surprised at how quiet the property is considering the interstate runs directly behind the building. My only complaint is the air conditioner was noisy and the room got a little warm at night (but I'm a hot sleeper and like the room very cold). I don't know why there's only 3 stars. I guess people are just too nitpicky. I would definitely recommend this location and I will for sure stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was never at the desk, when she was at the desk, she was VERY RUDE. Housekeeping was horrible and they were VERY RUDE as well. I will NOT come back to this hotel.

While the property claims to be smoke free there was an Oder of smoke in the air. The parking was sketchy, seemed like there were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot every night we were there.

The staff were very kind . My coworker and I stayed to the weekend. Breakfast is free and coffee and tea are served throughout the day. The room was moderately clean but I always travel with my own cleaning supplies to do a thorough cleaning. The rooms and hallways did wreak of **** which was an inconvenience as I am not a fan of the smell. Otherwise, everything was okay.

Room smelled of urine. Checked in for two nights and left after a few hours. Didn’t get a full refund

The staff was friendly; the room / bed was fine but the bathroom scruffy, worn, dated. Everything worked but I would not go back there. The pool was okay, the "fitness center" had a broken treadmill, a (working) elliptical and a (also working) stepping machine, did not use either some free-weights, which I used. Small but nobody there, so no problem. Breakfast is plain and uninspired. We were going out for breakfast.
