El hotel estaba bello la atención espectacular al igual q la limpieza no había un detalle la vista de la piscina era hermosa y acogedora se respiraba paz y tranquilidad en el restaurante la comida estaba esquista y el desayuno en el bufé era bastante amplio aunque el precio estaba un poco alto pero me encantó porque todo Asia un completo todo estaba cubierto al detalle y estaba ubicado en el dentro y la estación de trenes quedaba a 4 min por lo q cumplió mis espertativas

The room was not ready upon arrival , took three hours for the room to become available. Hotel charged my card knowing the room wouldn’t be ready. Checked in around 6:45, no complimentary resolutions provided, not even a sorry. don’t try to call the front desk they will not answer . The quality of this property has declined over the years. Can find a better/ more modern hotel for the same price in town center.

The buffet breakfast is the best ever!!! The only complaint is the room we received shower was stopped up and there was hair all over the bathroom, but other than that the stay was fine. You just cannot beat the breakfast!

Great place! Staff was friendly. We had to wait for a room until 6pm but beyond the rocky start everything else was amazing. All the staff was kind and helpful. But let me say I have never enjoyed such an amazing complimentary breakfast like I did at this property. I will definitely be making future Jacksonville booking for this place!

Room was very cold unable to get the heat to work or switch over. Maintenance man said that it was fix when I knew that it was not. A rush job to get in/out. Got sick staying in a cold room and the desk clerk wouldn’t switch me to another room. After I answered a text on how my stay was, that’s when I got results though it was to late she did ask what could they do to satisfy the situation at this point nothing but I must say the had a terrific breakfast and now how to treat guess when checking in. I was a little nervous after reading some of the mixed reviews, but I have to say that this property was fantastic! We stayed in the south wing (not the atrium) and I found that this was so quiet and tucked away. I can see that atrium rooms might be disturbed a bit from noise in the main lobby. The room was clean and spacious and I saw not one bug! The room has a microwave, fridge and coffee machine and sink. It was great. The pool was warm and the hot tub very hot. Breakfast was good and a big perk was the happy hour each night with free snacks and drinks! We even worked our schedule around it! I would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected!
The room we received was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and equipped with a tub. The hotel’s look, while cozy and stylish, is well-maintained. Lots of parking space. The overall comfort and quality of this hotel make it a highly recommendable choice for travelers.
