The lobby is very inviting and the registration staff was friendly, an very accommodating, helpful. We had to ask for another room as the first one assigned had a very musty smell and when we got the air on the moldy smell was blowing in. They switched our room and the hallway the next floor up smelt the same, however our was fine. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was good, however I have gluten issues (so others may really enjoy). They took our towels and garbage but never replaced them or the garbage bags. Had to call for towels and the house phones do not work. What they clean with the sent fills the halls and elevators and seeded toxic at times.
We have been in better and worse.
Therefore, it was okay. It will not be my first choice in the future.
