It was ok two pillow on the bed clean friendly nice

The room was not clean enough in the 1st floor and very dark out of the door very unclean, the second floor was clean at least have a chairs and light and couldn’t stay there because me and my husband have pretty bad knees to go through the stairs and for the worst we paid more not even have microwave like in the second was reasonable equipped

There was no breakfast. And parking was safe for tonight.However, there was a fifty dollar deposit for the accommodations.For the room that was supposed to be refunded to me immediately after checkout.Never got that refund.There was a thirty two dollar fee for any service pet or dog

I asked before checking in about the pool service and I was not open. Owner daughter was very rude and an error about my food

Ratty Condition both inside and out. Didn't sleep a wink due to excessive noice from outside, fear of safety, absolutely terrible amenities throughout, no available telephone in room, no network or cable TV, inoperable electrical outlets throughout the room, no safety chain/bar on entry door, etc. If the City Code Dept, Health Dept, or any 3rd-Party booking service were to investigate such property, It WOULD be Shut Down!!!

The staff was friendly except the older guy who works nights. Took 20 minutes to check me in. He was very rude. I told him damge was done to the aircon and he didnt care. Other than that....it is exactly what you pay for. Cheap but not the safest area.

Travellers have expectations when travelling a great distance. Unfortunetly, those expectations were NOT met upon arrival. My refund was the sidewalk in a ghetto. NO POOL. NO TIKI BAR. These were chained up with a pad lock and it stayed that way the entire time. The area has 2 wretched gas stations and a bus stop. It is not near anything. There is a night club. Any services that can take your money while staying there will be operating. I stayed in my room and cried.

Brandy and Sandra that work the front desk are the most amazing front desk clerks ive ever met. Very attentive and helpful. No matter how many questions , how many days I need my room key reset and these two ladies never embarrass me, or give me a hard time. Thank you AMP for making this difficult time in our life bareable. This really has felt like our home away from home. You ladies deserve employees of the year. Ill put in all votes for yalls number one spots. 2026

Rooms need to be updated. I walked in to broken blinds on the windows, spiders crawling around the window, an off balanced toilet, and just an overall outdated room. Walk through the hallways there’s no molding around the baseboards. And the pool wasn’t opened my whole stay. That’s what I paid for. The place just looks like the 70s. The staff (Brandy) was SUPER nice super helpful.
