Residence Inn Jacksonville South/Bartram Park

Very nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all. Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

The hotel was in a great location and was very specious and clean. I would have rated it a 4, but the beds were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!

All good except for the time for breakfast, normally in other hotels you get breakfast until 10 am at least, here you better rush because it's until 9 am.

Decent breakfast. Mediocre coffee. In our case, the decaf was cold. Great room, nice full kitchen. Easy access to exit door on the side. We love this place. We take walks around the lake in front of the property. Multiple restaurant options within walking distance.

My family and I stayed at this property recently when my daughter had to have surgery. The staff was very friendly and would say, "welcome back" each time we would return. The beds were so comfortable, our room was very clean, and quiet. We will stay again when my daughter needs to see her doctor for a follow up.

Our overall experience was good. The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The only things we didn't really like was the bed, it was a bit too firm for our taste, and the pillows werent the best either. We liked everything else. Ther room was very comfortable and spacious.

Very clean, beautiful grounds. Just wish they had a restaurant but their is a mini menu at the bar. Would definitely stay their again.

In room 109 the freezer made a grinding sound every 30 minutes Beds were really comfortable Shower was excellent, really like your using large refillable containers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner
