They should tell people before they book. They can’t have people visit them in their room
Also they need bigger portions for bigger people. For. Breakfast options.

This is a beautiful property and great location. Easy walk to the main ***** of Jaco where all the restaurants and shops are. Super safe.

Very pleasantly surprised by the property. Wished I never made non-refundable reservations in San Jose for the remainder of our Costa Rica trip. Would have loved to stay here longer. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The units here are for sale, considering it.

Not for 6 people, it was more comfortable to sleep on the floor than on the couch.
The people at the restaurant were not very friendly.

Cute boutique style hotel. Has a restaurant, pool, gym, and coffee shop. Pool and hot tub were cold and surrounding pool area wasn’t cleaned up until the next morning. Rooms were average but the sofa bed in room 20 on the 3rd floor was horrible. Sunken in and super loud every time my son rolled over. Front desk staff was nice when we checked in later evening. We did have a problem checking out with security guard up front trying to charge us extra for not returning a key. We were given two keys and returned both upon checking out. He tried to tell us we didn’t return all keys. After arguing for a bit he said that’s ok and let us go. I wasn’t appreciating the accusation. I’d say this is more like a 3.5 star boutique style hotel. I didn’t try restaurant or coffee shop but both looked nice.

The hotel was great. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom condo. It was very modern and well equipped, We had maid service, free breakfast and room service was available. The pool area was great as was the staff. It was a ten minute walk to restaurants and shops and a 15 min walk to the beach. We highly recommend this property!
