"This 宜尚 location was excellent for exploring the walking street area. The staff were extremely friendly and well mannered. They greeted me each and every time I entered and exited. At check in, the front desk staff helped bring my luggage to my room and brought some cut fruit and local pastries. I was extremely impressed by the ladies’ soft-spoken hospitality and professionalism. Although a small detail, I thought it was great that she knocked on the door before helping me bring my luggage into the room. I found this to be a very professional and great habit as it avoids awkward situations and potential room mixups! The room was clean with a comfortable bed and shower. The music in the shower is a nice touch. Also very grateful that they helped me receive OTP for WiFi since I didn’t have a domestic number. Would definitely stay here again for convenient access to the old street."

"This is already my third stay here. The first time was excellent, which led to the second visit just a few months later. However, the hotel's amenities seem to be depreciating very quickly. I even brought it to their attention, which was why I booked a third time, but it was just as disappointing. The hotel's location is definitely great; it's only a 3-minute walk to the Longmu Market, and the price is also very reasonable. The front desk staff seemed to be doing their best. Here are my complaints about the hotel: 1. I've stayed here for two consecutive weekends for business trips. The sink area is stained black, and last week, the sink was leaking. 2. Both times, the rooms smelled of smoke. 3. There were no bath mats provided for either of the two weeks. 4. This is a major flaw: the bathroom isn't truly dry-wet separated. After showering, the toilet area is completely wet. I tried to stand as close to the wall as possible. The first time I stayed, they told me it was just an issue with that particular room type and that their other rooms were different. The second time, it was dry-wet separated, but for this third stay, the room layout was semi-open. 5. There's dust in many areas of the room. 6. This time, after checking in, I was suddenly informed that the city needed to perform maintenance, which would be noisy for two consecutive nights, and I was given earplugs. You definitely should have informed guests beforehand and allowed them to decide if they still wanted to stay. Such a good location is completely wasted. There won't be a next time."

"travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good."

"The hotel environment is very good, but some Didi drivers will park outside the hotel parking lot to drop off passengers. It is a bit tiring to drag the luggage uphill to the hotel lobby. It would be great if a door could be opened on the first floor to facilitate check-in in the lobby. The guest room facilities are very complete, even with clothes drying racks, and the lighting is also very good. It is a bit sunny without drawing the curtains during the day. It is very suitable for recuperation and vacation, but it is a pity that such a good hotel environment wasted due to the rush of this time. Two suppers were also given when I came. While there's an All Seasons Hotel right across the street, Haitien is not only more affordable, but its rooms are nearly twice the size, incredibly bright and airy, ensuring a completely unconfined and relaxing stay for both mind and body. Plus, there are plenty of diverse dining options conveniently located nearby. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty, catering to different preferences. What's more, they thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast for children, a gesture that families traveling with kids will truly appreciate. However, what truly stands out is the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, and amenities were promptly replenished. They even neatly arranged our shoes that we left casually – such attention to detail is truly impressive! Even more heartwarming, fresh milk was delivered to our room every evening. A cup before bed was comforting and soothing, making us feel right at home. Every staff member, from the service staff to the cleaners, greeted us with a smile, showing professionalism and sincerity in every detail. The service was absolutely excellent! Parents traveling with children need not worry at all. "This time I went to Kunming and stayed in a hotel near the Haigeng Dam. The experience was quite good. The hotel is very close to the Haigeng Dam and can be reached on foot in a short time. On the dam, you can see flocks of red-billed gulls circling over Dianchi Lake. It is really interesting to buy a bag of gull food to feed them and watch them take away the bread agilely. The Bougainvillea Waterfall next to the Haigeng Dam also left a deep impression on me. The lush bougainvillea hangs down from a height, with bright colors and dense flowers. It is particularly beautiful to take pictures. I couldn't help but stop and admire it for a long time when I passed by. Back to the hotel, the overall environment is quiet and pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is simple and generous, and all kinds of facilities are very complete, especially the bed is moderately soft and hard, and I have a good rest at night.
