"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great and very spacious. The hotel is has a lot of cool Chinese cultural style. The location is fantastic, right near the famous gardens and short walking distance from good food and attractions. I was only there for a day as I was meeting a friend passing through, so my time here was limited, but I feel I definitely need to go back and experience more of what it has to offer. I also thought the hallway design was really cinematic and cool to look at."

"Overall, a great impression. They contacted us before check-in and picked us up at the designated spot to take us to the guesthouse.
Even though the guesthouse is in the ancient city and requires walking down an alley, it's nice to experience the Pingjiang ancient city at night.
**Facilities**: Very new, nice, and clean. I especially loved the thick slippers – seriously the best slippers I've ever used, hands down, haha! (A little side note: the soles of the slippers were a bit damp, and the front desk lady changed them very quickly).
Really loved the scent of the shower gel and hand soap~
**Goodnight Sweet Soup**: The stewed tremella (snow fungus) with rich collagen was perfectly made – absolutely loved it!
**Service**: The front desk lady was very sweet and recommended various travel photography makeup artists and qipao brands, all of which I was very satisfied with.
My companion didn't have time to wash clothes, so they left them at the front desk and got them back the next day – truly excellent service~
The hotel I carefully chose certainly didn't disappoint~ Thank you for your service~"

"First off, regarding the location, it's right by the Jinshui Bay pier, offering the best spot for admiring the night view. The hotel itself boasts an architectural design with a strong Suzhou charm. Stepping into the room, I was immediately enveloped by an atmosphere that blended technology with elegance. The floating TV cabinet perfectly complemented the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, making the entire space bright and airy when the sun shone in. The bedside touch panel integrated multiple smart functions, allowing me to switch scene modes without even getting out of bed. The mini-bar discreetly held Suzhou-style pastries and Italian coffee, allowing me to effortlessly switch between Jiangnan flavors and Italian flair, enjoying my own unique travel experience. Hotel concierges Yuki and Sunny were incredibly thoughtful, even upgrading my room, which brought a perfect end to our trip. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but overall still quite tidy and well-maintained.
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: Standard, nothing spectacular, but parking was convenient. The staff at the entrance were very enthusiastic and helpful, guiding us to a parking spot and even saving one for us.
Dining: The hotel's Chinese restaurant is a definite highlight! It was truly impressive, and the service there was excellent as well."

"The pulse of Suzhou, tucked away in the alleys of Guanqian Street, is almost within reach from behind this window. The bathtub is placed right by the window. As I ran the hot water, I'd catch glimpses of lanterns in the alley corner gradually illuminating, and a blue-printed cloth drying on the opposite windowsill gently swaying in the breeze – the vibrant street life unfolding like a montage in a silent film. I'd use the projector to stream 'Blossoms Shanghai' deep into the night, and when a craving hit, I'd order some Yaba Shengjian for delivery, using the takeaway box on the windowsill as my impromptu dining table. The instant I pushed open the window, intermittent pipa melodies drifting from the Pingtan hall, mixed with the fragrant osmanthus blossoms, would suddenly flood in – as if hitting Suzhou's 'BGM play button'. But with the window closed, all that remained was the white noise of the massaging bathwater, and the alley's lively din receded into a mere flowing backdrop outside the glass. It turns out that this 'essence of local life' is a kind of poetry you can freely switch on and off."

"My two-day stay was generally very pleasant. Front desk agent Xiao Zhang collected a package for me, and when I checked in, front desk agent Xiao Ze handed it to me. The service was excellent. ”There was just one issue, and the call was disconnected within a minute. I hope the hotel will take care of this.” The hotel also gave me breakfast coupons for two days, but it was too early to use them. 😔
Opening the door to the room, it was huge. The amenities and bedding were on par with a five-star hotel.
The next day, I ordered takeout, but it was too hot to go downstairs. The cleaning lady, Aunt Wang Jirong, kindly took it for me. (I hope the hotel will improve its robots soon.) Cleaning was also very quick; it was done in the blink of an eye."

"I really loved this place. I had a view over the river and it was a very nice view at night. The hotel phoned me early the morning of my first day of stay to ensure that I did not get lost.
I also forgot my charger there so they even sent me this via post back to my home .
The location is great as it is just outside of Ancient Town.You basically cross a small bridge from Ancient town and you are there! The nice thing was that you are outside of the hustle and bustle of China Town but still close enough to quickly walkover.
The room is great and cosy.
I would stay there again."

"A perfect spontaneous getaway. The hotel service was exceptional. Upon check-in, they even added us on WeChat, and were incredibly responsive to any reasonable request. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly efficient and genuinely warm. A special shout-out to the lady at the breakfast pancake station, who warmly recommended a delicious chicken pancake. It was so truly exceptional, I devoured it before I could even snap a photo! When the noodle chef wasn't around, she even went to help at the noodle bar. What a wonderfully enthusiastic and hardworking 'busy bee'! This hotel is a real gem, and I'll definitely be back!"
