"I was very satisfied with my stay at Palace Hotel Saigon. The location couldn’t be better — right in front of Nguyen Hue Walking Street, surrounded by countless great food options, cafés, and major tourist attractions. The area has such a lively, welcoming atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The room was super spacious and comfortable, with kind of a separate living area with a sofa. While the décor and overall style are a bit dated, it didn’t detract from my comfort or enjoyment at all. The included breakfast was simple but perfectly fine for a quick morning bite and coffee before heading out for the day. Overall, Palace Hotel offers excellent value for its location and comfort, and I’d happily stay here again on future visits to Ho Chi Minh City."

"Overall, it was okay, but some of the front desk staff had a bit of an attitude, though they did help resolve any issues. When we checked in, the window was broken, and they sent someone to fix it. We waited for about an hour, but it was eventually repaired. It's very close to the airport, and getting a taxi is convenient."

Received a 30 minutes foot massage which I did not manage to use 😅 My colleagues booked direct on the hotel web, they are allocated with higher floor, additional spending discount voucher and complimentary airport transfer 🫠 Great services by the staff there, comfie cozy room, all in pictures are included, lots of Japanese & Korean eateries nearby."

"The hotel's location is great, very close to dining options, transportation, and tourist attractions. Housekeeping was also good and very clean. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but fine. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, and the bed faced the door. Everything else was pretty good."

"I have stayed at many locations around hcmc but this apartment really suited my needs with many convenience stores that are open 24 hrs. The cleanliness is top notch even with me cooking everyday there. Everything works as intended with the TV, aircon and even the jacuzzi bath tub."

"This hotel is brand new and boasts an excellent location right in the city center, within walking distance of the busiest pedestrian street. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and all the bathroom amenities are Toto. The decor and furnishings are so thoughtfully designed, tasteful, and no expense spared. You see expensive and beautiful fresh flowers everywhere, and the tableware is exquisitely high-end. Breakfast, which supposedly only started after Christmas, I expected to be hastily prepared given the short timeframe, but it far exceeded my expectations. The dishes were excellent, delicious, and refined. Even though we went near the end of breakfast service, all the items were still fully stocked. All the juices were freshly squeezed, and the coffee was superb. The service was exceptionally attentive; seeing that I was Chinese, a staff member brought me a pair of chopsticks on a tray. When they saw my drink was finished, they would ask if I wanted a refill and then bring one over. Even at breakfast, you receive the kind of service you'd expect at a high-end restaurant. In the room, there's a video intercom, which is super convenient for directly video-calling the front desk with requests, and they respond immediately. The pool is a very clean and beautiful infinity pool. The staff are constantly busy, striving for perfection to improve the decor and service. Perhaps because it's newly opened and not yet well-known, the price is lower than other hotels of similar caliber in the area, at least it was over New Year's. I truly hope this hotel can continue to operate successfully and bring wonderful experiences and memories to even more people. May their dedication and taste receive positive market feedback. "I just think that the room is not worth the price as it is not in a good condition (bathroom leak from the ceiling,remote control cannot be use so i need to manually click on the tv, the renovation is not neatly done and the room is not thoroughly cleaned). The amenities superb, they prepared everything so it is very convenient. The breakfast spread is the star of the show menus are varies and the eggs done very deliciously. I think they put high price because of the location is very near to ben tanh market."

"The costumes and gags are reusable, which shocked me. I hope they disinfect them well, as these items are usually disposable. There was construction going on nearby, so we didn't get much sleep; it was very loud. Otherwise, everything was great. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, but the shower smelled of urine. Check-in was quick. The staff was wonderful and polite."
