The tranquility and the comfort of the bed, especially the mattress, were the best. The cleanliness was good, and while the decor was a bit old-fashioned, I'd rate it an 8/10. The pool could use better maintenance; the water had leaves and some insects at the bottom. If I were to return to Jaén, I'd stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service at reception. They moved us to a room overlooking the pool to avoid the noise from the avenue, and the lunch menu at the cafe was good.

Beautiful hotel. Easy parking nearby. Magnificent facilities. Perhaps the rooms should be better soundproofed. You can hear the cars passing by too much outside.

I liked the hotel, I was comfortable. The only negative point is the poor soundproofing.

I said I wanted a double bed, and they gave me two singles. Then I had trouble getting my son into the room, even though I was paying for him. They said the room with the round bathtub, which is the one I requested, wasn't available and children couldn't stay in it. I had no choice but to accept the room they gave me, even though I made the reservation 18 days in advance. They forced me to add an extra bed because I had an 8-year-old child, even though they told me the child was sleeping with us. Also, the bathtub faucet didn't come out very well, and it took a while to get a bath. Overall, I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this experience wasn't very good.

Very clean room. Only one shared pillow for the couple, with no choice of firmness. A lot of noise from the street.
