Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

Good hotel to stay in

I have been staying in Clarks Amer for last 30 years. Always get very warm hospitality. Special thanks to Vivek, Gunjan , Thakur Ji, Asif bhai, Chef Prem Ji and Chef Rajinder. Housekeeping and Anil / Ramavtar Ji. On my request special khichri was made by chef Rajinder. Really appreciate entire team under able leadership of Apur Kumar Ji

Excellent service . Delightful trip. I must a name at itself. Staff was very polite and humble. Food was awesome. Mr. Narendra ji at DURBAR Restaurant was very kind and helpful. Hello made our breakfast very good. Food quality and variety was also very good. A truly seven star feeling

Excellece from everyone with whom I have dealt for these few two days during my first experience with Room Dining I She was so Attentive and cooperative I don’t remember his name he I requested for chicken fried rice he placed the order the way I requested thanks to chef who prepared my food God bless food was lavish and mouth watering . Housekeeping staff was fabulous, and rapid service Insightful, responsive, upbeat, patient, professiona... From The breakfast Team thanks to Mr.Tony,Narandra,Nidhi.Everyone was very professional and operative.We are delighted to stay.Tea was Amazing Thanks to all the chefs hats off .Keep it up the Good work.God bless.Love to visit again ❤️❤️❤️❤️Will recommend this hotelour friends and relatives.

Stayed here due to arrangement made by conference organizers which I was attending. They charge fees like a 5 star, but it's definitely not worth it. Nobody comes for help with your luggage while checking in, and there is only one checkin desk. The service is super slow - was standing for a good 30 minutes with luggage at the checkin counter. The food served at the conference caused me some kind of food poisoning, suffered badly for 3 days. I have travelled across India to many 5 star hotels but this is perhaps the worst I've experienced so far. I would have put up with this kind of service had this been a 3 star hotel, but I definietly don't expect this from a property that charges 5 star like prices.

Great rooms, service & food! Chef Prem Singh turns out the most amazing cuisine. Deepak Sharma, Ashu, Prem Sengar, Mahesh, Pasang, Surendra, Narendra & Anil provide impeccable service to guests. You must try their al fresco restaurant taBlu on the 8th floor which has a beautiful view and lovely music. The 24x7 cafe Zolocrust has the best pizzas you can get and a buzzing ambience. The Library has gourmet South Indian cuisine to tickle your taste buds. Overall this hotel is the most happening in town!

Nice hospitality, staff are polite, attentive and sincere in service. Food items are delicious and served hot as per requirement of guests. Narender (captain) was receiving guests with sweet smile and arranging their requirements. On the whole wonderful experience staying in Clarks Amer 👍

Pathetic Service! Reception people are clueless. Even if you call 3-4 times to Reception, room service etc etc, they don't even bother to serve you. We had to come down to the Reception after multiple calls for basic stuff like plates and spoons, taking luggage from our room during check out etc. I'll never recommend this to anyone.

We had three days wedding at clarks amer the rooms was excellent... Front office team was excellent during check in. House keeping team was good.. Food was excellent. Service was excellent during the meals .. FNB staff was good during meals.

We had came here with students group !! Our stay was excellent!!! Food at dhola maru was excellent !!! Service was excellent!! The students loved the food specially eggs and bakery items !!! The staff at restaurant was excellent!!! Thanks to FNB staff was good and helped the students
