The Fern Residency Jaipur

I like this hotel so much , it’s clean and staff’s very friendly ,

Despite the "Do Not Disturb" light being illuminated on the door, the cleaning staff began knocking at 8:00 AM—and they know full well what that light signifies; they simply want to disturb you so they can finish their own work. There is a lounge within the hotel where parties are held every evening; guests return to their rooms drunk and loud, completely indifferent to the other people trying to sleep. The breakfast options are extremely poor, the air reeks of cleaning chemicals, and the rooms are very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the telephone located across from the elevator starts ringing at 8:00 AM, making it impossible to get any sleep. I checked out a day early—without receiving a refund—because this is simply not a place where one can reasonably endure a stay. I strongly advise against staying here.

The people are very nice. The hotel doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel. It feels unclean and dated.

Great location. Nice hotel. Extremely close to the attractions. Hotel staff are great but they partner with these vendors and taxi drivers who harrass you in the lobby

My wife and I stayed at Fern Residency in Jaipur for 3 nights on separate occasions - Oct 31, Nov 4, Nov 6. Our experience in terms of check-in, accommodation provided and service were excellent. On Nov 5th, when we went on 1 night trip to Ranthambore, we left most of our luggage at Fern Residency cloak room. Big help, as we didn’t have to lug it around during travels. The food at Fern Residency restaurant was excellent. Buffet Breakfast was sumptuous and very tasty. We also had ala carte lunch and dinner on 1 occasion each and buffet dinner twice and we were not disappointed. Service was good and staff was quite attentive. Recommend for anybody looking for a comfortable stay

Terrible food and money wasted

Clean and well located hotel. Many Europeans in this hotel. The breakfast had western options as well as Indian options. We were satisfied with the service.
