My plight yesterday night …… This is the kind of linen Radisson Blu hotel in Jaipur offers !! I was struggling at night 11:54pm to get a comfortable room to sleep overnight and catch a flight next morning . The king bed had hair on various places so basically they don’t change the sheets after a guest checks out . We had asked for an extra bed for our son and they just an extra bed with dirty linen thrown over it . ( as seen in the pictures ) . When we asked for an extra pillow , we again get a dirty one with hair . So we had to ask them to change our room which also happened after I went down to reception and waited for half hour . The next room we get also has similar issues with sheet and when I asked why , the reply I get from the manager is that the sheet is fine , it’s not just ironed . I refused to give in and asked them for fresh sheets . And the long wait continues , first sheet was not ironed , the second one was dirty and the height is the third sheet they change is a torn one . The fourth one again has issues … Still kept waiting to get a fresh sheet to sleep on ………… the duvet cover was also dirty so asked them to get a fresh one , the moment they removed the cover , there are small fluffs of cotton flying all over from the comforter …. How much more was playing on my mind . Finally after getting all linen changed , it was 12:35 am . It was the horrible experience to book a Presidential Suite with radisson blu ,Jaipur. First when I entered in the room the Ac was not working , so i got it fixed. In the night around 1:30am thr was no power supply in the room and the electrician was also miss behaving with us. When i asked the manager to send a “LADY” manager in my room he was so curious to know why i want one. When i told him that i was not feeling safe with 2-3 men in my room, then he send the lady manager with a security guard . They can compromise clients security but not of thr staff ! They took 4 hours and they couldn’t fix it and again & again they were just asking me and my parents to shift in the other room in the middle of the night . I was continuously asking for the GM’s number and they were not ready to give it. I was suppose to go to a elephant safari at 6 in the morning but i missed it because the whole night i was getting the light and AC fixed. I never thought that after booking a presidential Suite with a reputed hotel ,it will be a nightmare . They made my BLOOD PRESSURE high in the night and my senior citizen parents life hell. Bad staff and services and of course worst hospitality. 5Am they evacuated the room with no solution.

The experience was too gud. Staff very cooperative & ever smiling especially Neetu.. She is awesome 🥰🥰Food is gud. South Indian too amazing.. Looking forward to my next visit with family & friends. Room service to gud & prompt thoug some food items like prathana shd be improved & pindi chana. Had a great experience staying in radisson .......

Lovely stay! The ambience and food was good and dia was an excellent host at the breakfast the danish wheel and chocolate croissant was a must try guys do visit here overall enjoyed the experience we found everything we were expecting thank you

Thank to Front office departments to Rohit,and neetu they were very polite personality , helpfully supported Hospitality, food,ambience ,services, everything was amazing.. Definitely recommend this place to others.. I enjoyed my stay here with my sister. Will surely visit again with my full family.

Had a great experience staying in radisson hotel…..And especially Diya chhetri who was very sweet to us…..and the room were also very comfortable with bathtub included in every room….and the swimming pool was clean and good……………………………..

I stay in several time in radisson hotel . It’s feel me like I am on my home all the staff are eco friendly the stay was always amazing overhere.I want to recommend you ne of the staff from f&b service her name is Diya . She always attend was when I Visit over their. Her service impress both me and my wife . Thanks for your service Diya .

The stay and staff were all wonderful. Diya is a lovely member who is very kind especially! The front desk is always kind and helpful, and did very well to help arrange transport to business meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, would stay here again.
