The place truly lives up to its name of a palace, but its undone by unprofessional (or untrained) staff. CheckIn 🐢 CheckOut 🐢🐢 Housekeeping 🐢🐢🐢 In fact, the team there works in slo-mo mode. Breakfast spread was below average during our stay (checked in on 1st Dec and Checked out on 3rd). The Fish Tikka (during our dinner on 2nd) was superb, but the chicken biryani was exactly opposite. Overall an OK experience, that could've been much more better.

Beautiful property, beautiful design, and over and above palace style . We stayed for 3 nights to family wedding function. Overall had a great experience from check in to checkout . Services were of top notch . Thanks !

Stayed at palace hotel to attend our relatives wedding function .The property is beautifully designed and grand..Warm welcome by front desk team and we were served welcome drinks .Rooms are tidy and luxurious.Breakfast spread was good and taste delicious.i will recommend this place for pleasure and comfort.

It is perfect destination for wedding and I would be recommending to all my family and friends. Hotel is built up in palace style and it is a pure white building. Staff was always helpful and always smiling. Food taste was good .Rooms are pretty spacious and had lovely view of hotel .loved it .

We are having a great experience at the palace hotel .The staff was extremely helpful and smiling specially the front desk . They served us refreshing welcome drinks on arrival and also provide the early check-in.Roms are spacious and had a fantastic view. Swimming pool is very big and water was clean .food tastes good.
