Had an excellent stay at the Rambagh Palace. The staff were warm and very hospitable and attentive especially Anjali Utmani at reception.

What a palace.and what a welcome. Well trained staff. Mr Nimesh Mathur the manager of the palace was efficient and quickly solved problems if there were any. It is one of the best of all real palaces in india.we had booked with half board through Trip.com at a very attractive rate. And the food particularly Rajasthani food was very tasty.the main dining hall called SWARN MAHAL was just fabulous.

Our visit to Suvarna Mahal at Rambagh Palace was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm smiles by Nayanika and Sachin, who ensured our table was perfectly arranged for a fine dining experience. The ambiance is royal and elegant, truly reflecting the heritage of Jaipur. Cz The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The beverage selection was equally impressive, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. Aidan and Sukhlal made the experience even more special by introducing us to thoughtful wine and food pairings, which elevated the entire meal. What made the evening truly unforgettable was the surprise birthday cake arranged for my mother. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a personal touch to our celebration. Special mention to Sachin for going the extra mile in assisting me with WiFi—small gestures like these make a big difference. Overall, it was a flawless 5-star experience—luxurious, warm, and memorable. This is not just a meal, but an experience to cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommended for special occasions!

This was probably the best experience my husband and I have ever had while visiting Jaipur. Every single detail from before arrival to every moment at the hotel, we felt welcome like royalty. Vikas and his team made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable and memorable. We stayed at your Rambagh Palace from March 14 to March 18, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. All the team at the hotel was very dedicated, professional. We would especially like to thank Naruka Karan, our butler. He contacted us before we arrived and made sure everything was ready for us. During our stay, he was always there when we needed anything, very kind, and easy to talk to. He has a great attitude, always smiling, full of energy, and really cares about the details. He made us feel comfortable and at home from the first day. One of the best moments of our stay was a surprise romantic dinner he arranged for us together with his colleague Khateeb Amasi. It was very special and something we will always remember. We truly appreciate every employee at the hotel but special thanks to Naruka Karan and Khateeb Amasi . They made our stay extra special. Firstly a big Thank you to Mukesh Gothwal and his team. Following up with them for last 3 months and they were quick to respond for any updates. Although it was bit disappointing to not get a hotel reservation ( wedding season, all rooms were booked well in advance), Mukesh made sure that we were offered the historical tour for the family as well as the lunch reservation in their fabulous Rajput room. Mr.Mukesh went above and beyond to secure us a spot on a very hectic day ( wedding was going on) and made sure we were comfortable. On the day of the tour, we were greeted with historian DigVijay Singh. He gave us a tour of their facility ***** with the rich cultural history of the palace. The family were extremely thrilled to hear some of the stories. Not only he provided the information, he went above and beyond to capture some of the moments of the visit. Thank you Mr.DigVijay, The rich heritage of Rambagh palace and its grandeur was at its best. Each room had a story to tell. The hand carved marble work, the lush gardens, the pools represented history written all over it. Got a perfect understanding of what a palace looks like. Each artifacts within the palace had something to say about it. The amazing photo of Maharani Gayatri Devi portrays symbol of beauty with brain. Will definitely recommend to visit this palace.
