D'PRIMA properties in Jakarta

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect in a cosmopolitan neighborhood, within walking distance of nice malls and restaurants nearby.

I am very disappointed with my stay at D'Prima Wellness Center Terminal 3 International. I booked two rooms through Trip.com because the photos clearly showed Queen-size beds, which were essential for my travel party. However, the actual rooms did not match the advertised images. When I raised the issue, the hotel only offered paid solutions: IDR 250,000 per room for extra towels and water, or IDR 400,000 per room for a room upgrade without breakfast. Even one of the staff acknowledged that the photos on Trip.com do not accurately represent the actual rooms. What surprised me most was that the Operations Manager stated the hotel does not even have a Guest Complaint Form. After 18 years working in the travel industry, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel without a basic complaint procedure. The misleading room information, poor complaint handling, and lack of standard customer service are unacceptable, especially for a hotel located at an international airport. I hope the management reviews this issue seriously, updates the online information accurately, and provides a proper explanation and fair resolution for affected guests.

d'primahotel Harmoni Jakarta offers a very satisfying stay experience in the heart of the city. Its strategic location on Jalan Hayam Wuruk provides easy access to shopping centers, tourist attractions, and TransJakarta bus stops. Although the rooms are relatively compact or minimalist, they are meticulously clean, with comfortable beds and spotless bathroom facilities. The staff is known for being friendly, prompt, and professional. Coupled with its budget-friendly prices, this hotel is a highly recommended accommodation option for both business trips and short holidays in Jakarta.

The room honestly exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, you could really tell the floor had been properly mopped. As someone who has a dust allergy, I usually sneeze easily in dusty rooms, but during my stay here I didn’t sneeze at all, which says a lot about how clean the room was 😄 The room facilities were also very complete — slippers, safety box, mini fridge, super cold AC, and a shower with 3 shower head options with stable hot water. Even the small details were impressive, especially the toothbrush. It felt premium and the bristles were soft, which made it really comfortable to use. The staff were also friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really comfortable experience and I’ll definitely come back again if I have any business in the PIK area. Please keep up the great quality 👍

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel which was walkable to blok M area. The hotel is kind of small without big lobby but is sufficient for us and they have starbuck just next to lobby & roti-O too! The -ve part is that they don’t give 2 tea & 2 kopi like the other hotel, they only provide one and chargeable if I will to ask for another tea bag. Overall a pleasant stay and friendly staffs

Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room, clean and spacious for a couple. The room has some very good quality and very nice shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of shops are located close by. Special thanks to the management and our early morning bus driver Mr. Aries Septian for sending our luggage as fast as possible when we forgot to bring them out from the bus at the terminal.

The room was clean, and I appreciated the flexibility with the room type. However, there aren't many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so finding food within walking distance might be a bit of a challenge. Water was leaking from the air conditioner in the room. They checked it on the same day, but afterward, the airflow only went downwards, making the room a bit warm. Since it was the day before our last day, I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. The air conditioner is old and has a bit of mold. It would be great if it could be updated.

I chose d'primahotel Mangga Dua Jakarta for a business trip and was very satisfied with their service. The hotel's location is extremely strategic, close to business centers and transport links, which made getting around Jakarta for work very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough for both rest and getting work done. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a great help for online meetings and daily tasks. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly, and responsive to guests' needs. The food was also quite satisfying; the breakfast menu was delicious and practical for supporting business activities from early in the morning. Overall, this hotel is highly suitable for business trips or short stays in the Mangga Dua Jakarta area.

The biggest advantage of an airport hotel is saving time and effort. It's just a few minutes' walk directly to the terminal, perfectly avoiding rush hour and traffic jams. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding, allowing travelers catching early flights or late-night transfers to fully relax and regain their energy. Seamless connection: Direct walk or exclusive elevator, eliminating travel fatigue. Efficient and worry-free: Bid farewell to the anxiety of rushing early, get an extra precious hour of sleep. Quiet in the bustling city: Excellent soundproofing in the rooms, completely blocking out the roar of planes. Attentive service: 24-hour front desk and express check-out, perfectly suited for tight schedules.
