The hotel spots clean facilities and comfortable rooms with nice views. Only cons is breakfast is not as good as expected, eating out wil be much better choice. Lunch/Dinner at the Panameria (see attached photo) lounge opposite the breakfast area is much better choice, but not the best bet in Jakarta.

Stayed here while being ill to isolate from family members. the star of this hotel is definitely the staff. from very friendly and supporting receptionists which help you day and night with all the things you might need or ask for to the amazing housekeeping. Budi randha (housekeeper) in particular made this stay so comfortable as he prepared the room quickly, super clean and organized while still leaving a smile on our face with artistic towel figures everyday. In a 1 week isolation with just my BF and I this was a very welcome surprise.

The Staff were superb. They gladly helped with all our needs. They went over & above to satisfy our needs. The room was quite big, the bed was comfortable, lots of lighting in the room with lots of light switches to light up the room as you like, not enough room for luggage but we asked for an extra chair which the staff gladly provided, there was kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee (you have to bring your own supplies), ample bottled water, a chair & desk, bedside tables with drawer, nice view, toilet was good with a switch to splash water to wash your butt, shower was great both rain & hand held with good hot water, nice sink, 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and hangers for hanging your clothes (no closet). There is store for SIM card 6 minutes from the Hotel. (Musa Cell). Prisilia, Dwi, Arien, Putri, Septy at the Reception and all the male Reception Staff, all the Security Staff & the Housekeeping Staff were very polite, helpful, fulfilled all our needs with a smile & excellent customer service. Edi, Rani, Hendro & the rest of the Restaurant Staff were excellent for Breakfast. Edi speaks & understands little English. They all understand a little bit. Lots of food at Breakfast with Coffee, Tea, Milk, Juices & an egg Station to compliment the hot foods. You will be stuffed at Breakfast. Thank you all. We truly enjoyed & loved every minute of our stay at G7 Grand Hotel.

Perfect place for visiting JIEXPO as it is 5mins walking to the hall and taking about 45mins from airport. Nothing much around the street but including food Centre nearby the expo and Starbuck at front door. Overall is beyond expectations, excellent and recommended to be a guest.

Pleasantly surprised! Location was good, room was clean, bed was comfy! We arrived just past midnight from SG and check-in was a breeze. Ordered room service, food was good! No complaints really. Breakfast was good! Will be back for sure!

The WiFi is not stable. Basic facility is ok. Room is big. Only two big towels and a floor towel are provided. I hope to have two small towels for cleaning my face. No refrigerator, fruit cannot preserved easily. Only one socket for charging the phone and iPad. There is one in the toilet but it is not convenient. One afternoon, I was surprised by a topless man topless sitting and smoking at second floor near the lift. Big TV has free Netflix, very good! No mall around. The pavement is rough.

It's very close to the jiexpo exhibition hall. The room is clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The check-in instructions are clearly written. The landlord is nice and responds in a timely manner. All aspects are relatively complete, including a kitchen for cooking and a washing machine. Come back next time for the exhibition~
