Hotels near Pintu 6 Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta

Perfect location for city lovers as it is very close to public transportation/LRT-Busway. Walking distance to plaza festival, setiabudi mall, Epicentrum (on renovation at the time). The place it self used to be Citadines and now changed into habitare, was here on 2019 and nothing changed except the name and deteriorating facilities. Aside from the friendly front desk, no upgrade at all, the room is just as before, we stayed at a one bedroom, spacious, lots of storage, the bathroom was quite dirty, the sofa and bedding and the towels were worn out, don't start with the pool, there is no towel, no guard, and the jacuzzi located along with the toilet looking just as tired as all around it, the toilet have no soap. I skipped breakfast so I don't know how the food was. Last, they only have 2 elevators, so there was long queue and crowded most of the time our suggestion; Just upgrade everything before it's too late.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. Okay hotel. Good location. Fast check in and out. Suggest to put at least one slipper in the room, we need it because we are not always bring sandals while traveling...

Awesome place. We had a great experience in this hotel/resort. Close to shopping area but not walking distance. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. They can improve on the taste of their food though.

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

- Amazing service - check in/out and cleaning. - Spacious and clean rooms....until I saw mini cockroaches 🫠 - Central location for access to popular areas - pancoran, glodok, mangga besar - and all amenities.

Hotel have a good location in the township. Good access to lotte shopping. Good breakfast in the morning and room wise it's huge. Loving the room design and service they have here. Downside is parking b2 stinks bad. And elevator can be really slow in the morning during peak hour.... Elevator is buggy too where is misses floor sometimes... :( killing down a bit of the overall experience
