Jasper Inn & Suites by Innhotels

We’re family with upping children and elderlies. The place is really nice and cozy. The kitchenette is fantastic for a group our size. The kids enjoyed the loft. The grandparents are happy they don’t have to get up the stairs. Spacious for all 6 of us. God vote from the balcony.

Great location and spacious room with full kitchen! You can buy food from nearby supermarket and cook your own meal.

Easy walk to town. Great menu at tge restaurant and breakfast was optional. Lovely swim pool open flexible hours. Tony, Gigi and Sajan were very helpful. Tony went above and beyond when trying to sort out a 3rd party issue for me.

Whilst the room was clean the interior was shabby with worn out surfaces, the suite itself was quite large whilst the bathroom was ridiculously small hardly any room on the basin surface to put your toiletries, also the layout wasn’t good the bedroom was adjacent to the front door and hallway so you could hear every time someone walked by, you could hear the next door room clearly and in the middle of the night pipes started banging! When I mentioned it to the receptionist she replied the pipes are old sorry, On the plus side the bed was comfortable, if I ever had the opportunity to visit Jasper again I’d stay in a nicer hotel.

the room was pretty spacious and came with a little balcony, the loft design was pretty unique. However the wifi was terrible, expect to use data most of the time. Hot tub and swimming pool was not that big, and the entire facility was pretty old like the rest of Jasper. Understandable but for this kind of price, I honestly expected a bit more.

Washrooms nice had soap, lotion, lots of towels, mini fridge, some free coffee/tea packs. Small balcony outside on main floor, fireplace if needed
