Vip Hotel

The Hotel is right in the city center, with everything close by, we love the service, especially the employee Bruno, who was extremely kind and attentive when we called to make the reservation. Very clean hotel, good bedding and new towels. Breakfast is simple, but you can see the care with which it is prepared by the kitchen. Parking is available at the hotel at no additional cost. Finally, we definitely recommend it.

We came to spend a night in Jaú for a medical appoin**ent the next day. We were positively surprised in all aspects. The hotel is located right in front of the Igreja Matriz square (which is beautiful, by the way, worth a visit). Friendly service from the staff, clean decor, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and collective environments. Very varied breakfast with fresh and tasty products. Summary of stay would be care and whim!

We made plans for Via Lucis (pilgrimage path between Potunduva, district of Jaú, and Mosteiro do Paraíso, Torrinha). In the research about accommodation, we chose the Vip Hotel. A good choice, as we were very well received and accommodated. We asked for quiet apar**ents and were directed to the third floor. Very good breakfast, which provided the consumption of food necessary for the journey to start. Hotel very well located, in the center of the city, in front of the main church. We recommend.

As my wife's family is from Jaú, we have been staying at the Vip Hotel with some frequency and always with great service. But last time we extended our stay for a week and our experience with the kindness, quality, commi**ent and competence in the service provided by the team exceeded our already great expectations. This happened in details such as keeping a pillow that we brought in the previous stay and offering more hangers, providing an adapter for sockets and items that made the intense remote work possible at my company and at my wife's autism clinic, such as the authorization and configuration of an alternative environment so that I could have a meeting that would not be possible to take place in the room due to the simultaneity of my wife's meeting. It is also worth mentioning the quality of the breakfast and the kindness of the restaurant team, with special consideration for Nilcéa's service. In this way, we thank you, Rodrigo, Lucas, Marco, Gabriel, Nilcéa, Mari and all your team. I hope I didn't forget to name anyone.

Excepcional Limpeza e condições da acomodação em perfeito estado, fiquei realmente muito surpreso e satisfeito com a qualidade do quarto. Os atendentes são atenciosos e muito prestativos. Recomendo muito o hotel para quem quer visitar Jaú e região!

O hotel tem otima localização bem no centro, tudo limpo, o café da manhã é muito bom, quarto muito bom, o que falta e cobertura no estacionamento e principalmente acesso ao hotel, pois para pegar o elevador vindo da rua tem escadas e pior ainda vindo do estacionamento tem mais escadas o que dificulta e muito o acesso principalmente com bagagem e a idosos e cadeirantes, precisam colocar rampas.

Hotel muito bom, só a tv que estava estragada e como cheguei tarde e cansada não pedi pra trocar.

Um hotel de muito bom gosto, decoracao clean, nada rocambolesco mas muito funcional. Atendeu muito bem a mim e à minha irma. O atendimento nao poderia ser melhor, a recepção prestativa e com informacoes claras. Ja na reserva, pedi um quarto silencioso, ja que a localização é central, e fui atendida. Banheiro com itens básicos, mas nao senti falta de nada a nao ser uma iluminacao adicional no espelho. Chuveiro legal, box espaçoso. Camas boas de solteiro, ar condicionado silencioso e janelao com blackout. O estacionamento tem vagas bem boas, nao precisa se espremer. A unica observacao que tenho é com relacao à limpeza do box. O banheiro é impecavel, o quarto tambem, mas as paredes do box e o vidro precisariam de uma esfregadinha a mais. É aquela limpeza mais pesada que de tempos em tempos precisa ser feita. Todo o resto é impecavel mesmo.

O hotel serviu ao propósito. Sem encantos. Funcionários educados, prestativos, mas a limpeza e conservação deixaram a desejar. Um problema é a ausência de rampas para cadeirantes e as malas. Não tem. Também não tem serviço de quarto. Particularmente não voltaria.
