Sunday Jeddah Hotel

(We travel alot to different cities and most visits are for Jeddah.) We loved the stay,after very long time,after staying in many different 3 star 4 star 5star hotels,finally I can this was the best stay.

Standards appear to have dropped. Not my first time staying but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. No towel in the room, hot water wasn’t working. But location is great, there are supermarkets close by

Good and clean room but the service not that much i try to call the receptionist at night but no one answer and i ask for one more towel they say okay and no one send anything but the room is clean and comfortable The reception on the day is good

There was no electricity at morning and no one answering at the reception so I need to take the stairs 7 floors down and up to enquire what’s up with the electricity.

It was a nice stay really and the staff was very friendly and welcoming we enjoyed our stay The location is really good and central The hotel was quite good and comfortable with nice view we will visit again when we go to Jeddah in sha allah

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.
