⭐ تجربة مخيبة في فندق فخم لكن بإدارة سيئة ⭐
رغم فخامة الفندق وتصميمه الجميل، إلا أن تجربتي في فندق كازا دي أوراي - الروضة كانت مخيبة جدًا.
عند الوصول تم تأخيري لأكثر من نصف ساعة، ثم تم تغيير الغرفة مرتين بسبب مشاكل في التكييف، مما تسبب في ضياع أول يوم بالكامل بالتنقل بين الغرف ودخول موظف الصيانة لمحاولة إصلاح التكييف وهم يعلمون بأنه عطلان😅
تم تسكيني في الدور الثاني رغم علم موظفي الاستقبال والصيانة بأن المكيفات فيه معطلة والدور بالكامل غير جاهز للسكن.🤔🤔🤔
العزل سيئ جدًا، والتعامل يفتقر للمهنية والصدق.
الفندق جديد ومظهره راقٍ، لكن الإدارة سيئة وتعاملهم مع الضيوف غير احترافي.
❌ لا أنصح بالسكن فيه إطلاقًا ❌
