The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, neat and tidy. There are many eateries nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect, just had a concern with the under ground parking which was very tight. Apart from this, highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jeddah. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The staff were very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and added extra value to my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

Absolutely it was a great decision that we booked this hotel. I didn’t find any negative side in the hotel. Bigger room with spacious bathroom & excellent breakfast. The employees are very professional. Such a lovely place to spend holiday. Definitely we'll stay again whener we'll visit Jeddah

The location is very good, but it's very noisy in room. One side at school side and other side is to the highway. So all is very noisy in the morning

It was not that much clean specially toilet tiles.
The shower was uncomfortable. The AC was noisy. There was a coffee machine with no coffee pods.
