Hotel room and everything was good apart from I have been charged double for my stay and when I spoke to hotel they said request refund through trip.com and we will process it but when I requested refund they declined.

Hotel was fine for a 3 star, mattress was quite uncomfortable however and WiFi was poor. Located near the old town which was a plus and the bellmen were friendly

This is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

The reception and restaurant don't reply to the phone.

1) The room facilities were outdated and unclean. The bathroom was filthy, and the toilet seat was cracked, causing the entire room to reek of urine. 2) There was no buffet breakfast; the hotel had to buy breakfast from outside. There was no choice. 3) The location was okay, with a DANUBE supermarket behind it. It's close to the beach, so you can enjoy a stroll along the shore in the evening.
