No house keeping, not suitable for long stay. One day hotel provide four towels, but small size towel, not the bath towel. The front office in level 3 and their staff do not speak English. The car park is always parked and limited parking space.

The location is super easy to find, and the room is really well-equipped, even coming with a charging adapter. The central air conditioning is incredibly powerful, and with the balcony door open, you get a fantastic breeze – super good ventilation! The photos are all accurate, I just regret forgetting to take my own.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Jeju Island because of its location. It's right near the duty-free shop, and after checking in, I confirmed that it's indeed very conveniently located, also quite close to the airport. The only downside is that the price was the equivalent of all the other hotels I stayed at in Jeju combined, making it a bit pricey. However, I got to experience a hotel-style apartment, complete with pots, pans, and a washing machine, which was actually quite nice.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. From the hotel balcony, you can even see the Shilla Duty Free Shop diagonally across the street. There's a convenience store right downstairs, so grabbing snacks is easy. Self check-in is available, and you can store your luggage on the 3rd floor. Perfect!

Hit or miss. I’ve stayed here twice. The first time was fantastic. The second time was a disaster: the bed creaked, the mattress was sagging, the room smelled bad, especially the bathroom and the AC blades were visibly covered in mold. Definitely felt unhealthy.

Solo trip in here and I like the location in this home stay. Is only 5mins to airport and in the city town area, that was easy to shopping and. A lot nice restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Excellent location, very convenient for transportation. The room was clean and tidy. It was a great stay. Close to everything, which was very convenient. You can cook and do laundry. The room was cleaned very well. I'll book again next time I'm in town. Good layout.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's a convenience store downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, there was a strong urine smell near the balcony in the room. After showering at night, I found the hairdryer was broken. Since there was no staff available, I contacted the hotel through the Ctrip app and was told a new hairdryer wouldn't be delivered until the next day. It did arrive early the following morning, though.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The service was definitely the highlight. From the efficient and friendly check-in at the front desk to the prompt and thoughtful responses from the housekeeping staff (proactively offering extra amenities/quickly resolving issues), every single employee was genuinely warm and enthusiastic. They made us feel right at home, truly embodying 'a home away from home.' While the hotel's overall environment doesn't boast spectacular views, its design is cozy and comfortable. The common areas are neat and orderly, the room layout is practical, and the soundproofing is excellent, creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for rest. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable! Every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding was pristine, soft, and had a fresh scent, and the bathroom was gleaming like new. The attention to cleaning detail was extreme, making our stay incredibly reassuring. Although the facilities aren't luxurious, they are highly practical and impeccably maintained: the air conditioning cooled/heated quickly and quietly, the shower pressure was strong and stable, the mattress was comfortable with good support, and the high-quality bathroom amenities and fast, stable Wi-Fi greatly enhanced convenience and comfort. This was a nearly perfect stay in terms of core experience, and I highly recommend it to guests who value quality and service!

I didn’t realise that this is a residence hotel when I made my reservation in a hurry. I was disappointed that we can only get help from staff through WeChat, which is inconvenient until the hotel accepted us as a friend (and this took some time). However, once the communication channel is established, the response was prompt and the staff made the effort to give us what we requested for. So it was overall a pleasant stay 😊
