The Hyde City

I traveled here with my mom. First of all, the bed shown in the first photo looks quite large, but in reality, it's rather small. It felt very cramped for two people, and if we were any heavier, it would have been even harder to stay here. Second, the check-in communication went smoothly, and the contactless process was quite convenient. As soon as we entered the room, although it was a bit small, it was clean and fully equipped. The microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator had a built-in design, and there were plenty of cabinets. Using the clothes hangers I brought along was very convenient. The bathroom was clean, but I have to complain that the trash can is way too small—especially since I was staying for 6 consecutive days. Towels and drinking water were provided on a scheduled basis. Now, about the hotel's communication in advance: we knew there would be no extra housekeeping during our stay, which was fine with me. However, since the bed was smaller than in the photos and the two of us wanted to be comfortable—with one sleeping on the sofa and the other on the bed—we asked the hotel for an extra blanket. They charged us 20,000 Korean Won, which I agreed to. But they delivered a blanket *without* a duvet cover, which I really have to complain about. Since I paid for it, you should at least put a cover on it! Otherwise, what am I paying you for? To rent a blanket of questionable hygiene? Another thing I was unhappy with was the service. I'm not sure if they have a prejudice against tourists, but whenever we communicated or stored our luggage, they always seemed a bit impatient. Also, when we came to the office and rang the doorbell, no one answered for a long time. I hope they can improve their service attitude. During our stay, we cleaned up as we went: we bagged our trash, sorted our water bottles, made the bed simply before leaving, and folded the rented blanket. We certainly aren't inconsiderate guests. If I ever stay here again in the future, I hope the staff will be more friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. It had a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and even a foldable drying rack, so I didn't have to worry about where to dry my clothes. It was a pleasant stay, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

On our last night, there was no hot water at all in the room. We tried to find the manager, but nobody was around. I was so angry that I had to go book another hotel just to take a shower and sleep.
