We stayed in a family room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for four nights. It's right opposite the Grand Hyatt, and a CU convenience store and McDonald's are just outside. It's very convenient for getting around, and everything you could want is within a three-kilometer radius. The owner also speaks a bit of simple Chinese. We got four bottles of water in the fridge every day. The only minor thing is that one air conditioner in the room was a wall-mounted unit and the other was a floor-standing unit, which was right next to the bed. The room was very clean and spacious. I love that they have a smart toilet! The location was perfect, shops and resturants around the hotel. The staff were friendly as well and it’s just near the airport. Definitely would stay here again if I ever go back to Jeju.

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance to Lotte and Shilla, neither takes too long. We only discovered the Lotte Mart just behind the hotel shortly before we left, which felt like a huge missed opportunity. The taxi ride to the airport was also reasonable, and it was easy to hail a cab. Service: Absolutely excellent! They have a 24-hour front desk. The lady was already there when we checked out at 4 or 5 AM. She was warm and friendly. We dropped off our luggage earlier, and by the time we returned from shopping in the afternoon, they had already sent it up to our room. The room was also quite spacious and very quiet, which was super convenient for packing our luggage and resting well on our last day.
