New Jeju Hotel

Superb location. It's easy to get to Lotte Department Store, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The area is also within the free pick-up and drop-off range for group day tours.

Excellent location, super convenient with plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We booked a quad room, and it offered fantastic value for money! The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The shower and other facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. There are microwaves available on the second and fourth floors, and purified water dispensers on every floor for guests to use – truly a gem of a hotel! I'll definitely choose New Jeju Hotel again on my next trip to Jeju Island and highly recommend it to my friends. Its location is super convenient; it's very close to various shopping centers like E-Mart and Daiso, as well as Baojian-ro, and a wide array of restaurants including fried chicken, Jajangmyeon, hairtail fish, Korean beef, and black pork. Plus, there are three or four convenience stores nearby. You'll truly feel at home here, and it's absolutely superb value for money! ^_^

There are water heaters on every floor, so you can always get hot water. The hotel is right next to the Grand Hyatt, which means the surrounding amenities are very convenient. Shilla Duty-Free Shop is within walking distance, and the location is excellent with easy access to public transportation. Even though we didn't use it, taxis are also readily available.

Very satisfied! We arrived quite late on the first night, but the uncle at the front desk was still there. When he saw we were Chinese, he immediately used a translation app to communicate with us. He had a great attitude! The cleaning lady was also very nice. The location is super good, making it very convenient to get anywhere. If I come to Jeju Island next year, I'll definitely stay here again, haha!

Right near the Grand Hyatt, this hotel is super convenient. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and the rooms are really clean. Plus, they have water dispensers in the hallways, which is a nice touch.
