The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute drive to both the airport and Lotte Mart. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you'll find Olive Young, Shilla Duty Free Shop, CU convenience store, and Han Kyeol Hanwoo restaurant. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Jeju Island! ✌🏻

Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. The room was fantastic, with a floor-to-ceiling window that let in plenty of light. It was super, super clean and well soundproofed. The front desk staff were beautiful and had excellent service. The cleaning staff were also high-quality and friendly. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is great, right near Boa Jian Road and the Shilla Duty-Free Shop. There's also a convenience store downstairs and an ABC Mart across the street. The room was clean, and you could even see cherry blossoms from the hotel entrance! My only complaint is that the room temperature couldn't be adjusted and it was really hot! Even with the window open, I'd wake up sweating in the middle of the night!!

Fantastic location, close to the airport, and right across from the Geonbuk-ro pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jeju!

The stay was comfortable, but the bed was a little small for a single person, and the queen-size bed was also a bit small. It's near a shopping street with lots of food options. There are also shops around that area. Beside the hotel is a convenience store. Something interesting about the hotel's car park is that it's usually full at night. There will be a car park attendant there to direct your parking to different spots, which are not part of the designated lots. At least we had a space to park, I guess.

The service was great. Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself is dated and needs a renovation. It feels very 2005. Also way too dark. They need to turn on the lights. The gym is above average.

The only minor issue was the bathtub shower area – there's no full door, just a half-glass partition, so water easily splashes out. However, everything else was fantastic, and the location is great! It was also a big plus that I could check in early after registering as a Shilla member!
